Absolutely loved this hotel. The spa is absolutely incredible and the staff are all very friendly. The location is fantastic and our 3 night stay here was just lovely. It's a very short walk to the Altstadt and about 45 minutes talking to both the Nuremberg Prozess Museum and I'm the opposite direction to the parade grounds.
Perfect experience. Rooms are large by European standards, walking distance from train station and to city sites. Quiet. Modern. Hotel had everything I could want. The lounge was on 8th floor, didn’t have a large variety of choices for drinks, but had nice patio overlooking city. Breakfast was downstairs on ground level and had good quality food
room is big and clean. front deck was helpful. the rooftop swimming pool was very bright and clean. and the sauna area smells really nice with a fabulous Nueraberg skyline view. the only part is the basement parking is too small for such a big hotel. parking extra fee: 25EU per day.
I stayed two night at the Sheraton Carlton while on business. I enjoyed everything at this hotel. The entire staff (front desk, restaurant and cleaning staff) were super friendly and accommodating. The location is a block from the train station. The restaurant food was more than expected at a reasonable price. I enjoyed a clean and quiet room with all the amenities required for an international business trip. I used the spa both nights after long convention to relax and unwind. The pool, hot tub, steam and dry sauna were clean and easy to use. Do not stay anywhere but this hotel in Nurnberg.
From the moment we arrived until the day of our departure, the entire experience at this hotel was truly exceptional. The staff welcomed us with genuine kindness and professionalism, creating an atmosphere where both my family and I immediately felt comfortable and valued as guests. Due to my profession, I travel frequently and stay in many different hotels throughout the year. Therefore, I believe I can make a fair comparison when I say that this hotel stands out in a remarkable way. What makes the difference here is not only the quality of the facilities, but especially the attitude, attention, and hospitality of the entire team. The level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. Everything — from the rooms to the common areas — was maintained perfectly and reflected a very high standard of care and hygiene. The restaurant also deserves special praise. The food quality was excellent, the prices were surprisingly fair, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide and carefully selected variety of options. It is definitely worth experiencing. For families traveling with children, this hotel is an excellent choice. The swimming pool area was very enjoyable and well maintained, making the stay even more relaxing and enjoyable for both adults and kids. Overall, this was one of the most pleasant hotel experiences we have had in a long time, and I would gladly recommend this hotel without hesitation.
