We stayed for 1 night this week and had a nice stay. Check-in was efficient and friendly; elevator works well and room was clean and a decent size by European standards. We had breakfast at the hotel and it had a nice variation of items including made to order eggs. Great location with lots of options for food and drink within walking distance, and a 2 min walk from the nearest public transport stop (bus and tram).

I stayed here for a few days when I had a job interview at Innsbruck. On my way to Innsbruck, my luggage did not make it onto my plane, so I had no dress clothes for my interview, only sweats. I was going to purchase some business clothes that evening so I was ready to go the next day, but my plane was going to arrive after store closing. I called up the reception desk and asked if they could help me purchase some dress clothes for the next day, and they did!!! One of the receptionists, Vivien, went and got clothes for me. She really went above and beyond for my situation. Top notch, sympathetic, good human beings work here. I'm so happy they were willing to make the effort. And at the end of the interview, I got the job :D. No doubt, Vivien played a critical role in this. My career prospect hung in the balance, and she came through. 100 stars out of 5.

Highly recommend. A truly beautiful location right in the thick of it. Walkable to all the restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Parking was tricky, but we found something within a 5-minute walk. Room is simple, but came with a kettle and the basics. The hotel is beautifully detailed, decorated and preserved. We paid extra for the breakfast and it was just right.

Delightful experience! Stayed three nights, four days. The hotel is located on the edge of old town in a pedestrian area but just a block off the main driving street. The bar is happy to provide still or sparking water daily upon request. The rooms were spacious when compared to a typical EU options. The staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities were great. Dinner on the last evening in the property restaurant was yummy and the service was exceptional. Looking forward to returning in the future.
