Stephanie is really knowledgeable about the many aspects of wine horticulture and wine making in general. Went to three different wineries and an excellent restaurant at one winery ( L and W). Overall a great experience!!

Not sure why I didn't find this wine tour on my first search for Halifax tours but happy it showed up when I searched later. The wine country is really pretty, the wine tasty, and we learned we like sweeter wines. Stephanie did a great job of coordinating the tour so that we knew exactly where to meet her at the port. Her background in wine was very helpful in explaining the Halifax wine industry. The drive was beautiful and the conversation great. We had seen Peggys Cove so were happy to find something less touristy. Recommend this tour!

I booked w Stephanie for Girls wine tour. She picked us up at our Airbnb in Wolfville, chatted with us like we were old friends. We learned a lot and had a blast. Highly recommend.

We had the BEST time exploring the Halifax, Nova Scotia wine scene. Stephanie is an excellent tour guide with so much information about both the history and interesting things in the area. She is an expert when it comes to wine and working on obtaining her sommeliers certification. She picked us up at the cruise port with our favorite coffee drinks ready for the ride to the first vineyard , where we enjoyed a delicious lunch. All three vineyards were gorgeous and the wines are so good. We will definitely book another tour with Stephanie the next time we visit Halifax. One of the best experiences we have had.

An up and coming wine region, Nova Scotia is a beautiful landscape and hidden gem. Owner/guide Stephanie is thoroughly versed in all things wine, and truly an expert in the local viticulture. Inport Halifax for a day, Stephanie picked us up at the cruise terminal and drove about an hour to Wolfville, a picturesque town near the Bay of Fundy. We tasted at 3 excellent wineries in the Annapolis Valley, and had an incredible lunch at Le Caveau at the Grand Pre Estate. We had a great day and highly recommend Wine & Vine for an unforgettable experience!

She took us to Benjamin Bridge for their Bubbles and Bites tasting and then to Grand Pre for more great wine. We had a great time. Stephanie was there to meet us right on time. We went to three wineries. We had a great lunch at the second winery. The tastings were very good. We didn’t kill rushed at all. Everything was very nice.

Our wine and Lobster experience was amazing from beginning to end! Stephanie was wonderful! The vehicle was comfortable and she was very knowledgeable regarding the wine industry in general and the Nova Scotia wine industry in particular. She had a good relationship with the wineries and provided added value comments. She greeted us with coffee and snacks and made the experience memerable.

Stephanie provided a super personal experience for us on this private tour. She picked us up right on time with hot coffee. She talked a lot about the area as we drove about 45 minutes to the wineries. Tastings were generous, lunch (on our own) was delicious. This tour is an absolute must do! We did this tour during our Princess Cruises stop to Halifax in early September. Stephanie was a great host and very welcoming to the area. She knew so many facts about the local wine growing region and local cultures and customs. Everything about this tour was spectacular. What an amazing day we had, with Stephanie as our guide. Stephanie greeted us with coffee when she picked us up. She was friendly and not only knowledgeable about wine , the vineyards but also the area in general. We will be sure to book another tour, when we return to Nova Scotia

What an awesome exprerience. Stephanie was awesome even before we met her! After booking we recieved an email confirming our visit and advising us of the wineries in the area. We were given the option of picking wineries or telling her the type of wines we prefer and letting her make the choices based on her knowledge. For shore exchursions pickup at the port is easy. The drive to Annapolis was beauitful and Stephanie gave information about the counryside, so this was more than a wine tour. The wineries were lovely and had great view and chances to walk in the vines and have Stephanie explain about the growing process in this area. She picked the perfect place for lunch under a canopy of grape vines. This a very personalized tour with a great person giving tons of information. It was the highlight of our stops in Nova Scotia. We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed the tour with Stephanie!

We had an excellent time with Stephanie on this wine tour. She picked us up right at the dock where our cruise ship dropped us off. She was great about communication before hand, making sure she catered our experience to our needs. We were able to do tastings at three wineries and stop for lunch at one of them. We had to make a slight change to our trip because the cruise ship had to leave Halifax a little earlier than originally planned but it was no problem for Stephanie to adjust our schedules. I would highly recommend this tour.

Stephanie planned a perfect day for myself, husband and two daughters. She was very knowledgeable and easy going which made all of us at ease. Everything was well paced out and we loved each of the 3 places she took us, our luggage was very weighed down with all the bottles we purchased at each place. The Choice of Vineyards were perfect for my daughters and myself. The views were amazing the testings perfect! We did not feel rushed and were able to enjoy the tasting areas as well as the lush surroundings and viewed the grapes while enjoying a glass. Stephanie was a great host and guide for our tour. She planned lunch at a restaurant overlooking the Bay of Fundy and then stops at two wineries. Both had beautiful views and fun vibes. We very much enjoyed the wines. Stephanie was like having a friend show us her favorite sports for the day!

We booked a private tour from the cruise port. Stephanie communicated several times before our arrival, which we appreciated. She tailored our one day tour to our requests. We enjoyed her company very much. Since we were visiting from outside the area, we appreciated her local knowledge in addition to her wine knowledge. She was happy to answer lots of questions! Two of our group have limited mobility, and Stephanie was kind and patient and moved at our pace to ensure we all enjoyed a fantastic day. When Stephanie understood that part of our group was along for the ride and not especially interested in wine, she ensured a cultural interest stop as well. 6 of us joined Stephanie for a tour celebrating a bachelorette - we had a great time! Stephanie was a wonderful guide and even joined us with some of our silly games. She did a great job of balancing being our tour guide but also letting us do our own thing. I worked with Stephanie to plan the tour and she was so helpful and accommodating - we were able to fit in everything we wanted. The pickup and drop-off was perfect for us, and the coffee/tea and snacks were a perfect touch. I would absolutely recommend booking with Stephanie! We did a tour with Stephanie during our most recent visit. I highly recommend booking this experience if you are looking for a customizable experience for all wine lovers. We were able to have wineries selected based on our wine preferences. Her communication in advance was fantastic. She even picked us up at the cruise dock with coffee in hand. We went to 3 wineries (Mercator being our favorite) including one that had a restaurant which had some of the best food. I would do another tour with Stephanie again in a heart beat.
