On time, friendly and professional driver. We arrived late on a Saturday night and our shuttle to downtown Halifax went smoothly.

Driver was right on time, car was clean, and we enjoyed talking with him about the area as it is our first time there. Excellent ride!

The communication was excellent! Confirmation of the booking at the time of booking then clear instructions texted the day before on how and where to meet the driver. Jerry our driver was awesome. Within 2 minutes of our arrival at the meeting point he was there. Outgoing and friendly from the start he loaded our luggage then gave us details about Halifax history as he safely drove us to our hotel. I would certainly use this company again and ask for Jerry!

Our flight was delayed by 12 hrs. Rick and Trevor and Johnny helped rearrange our ride. They were at the airport at 2 AM to get us safely to our hotel. W e are forever grateful MaryAnn K

Our transport from Halifax Airport to our hotel was seamless, and Rick, our driver, met us promptly, even though our flight arrived early. He made us feel at home and comfortable here. His conversation as we traveled helped us understand the history of Halifax, and we felt welcome as we began our journey in Nova Scotia.

I booked AM PM Limousine service to collect my daughter and I from the airport and drop us at our hotel. We were moving her into university and we had several bags. John picked us up right away and we had no issues getting to our hotel. The ride was comfortable and the car was clean and John was very pleasant. On my way back to the airport, I booked AM PM Limousine again for a reliable and comfortable journey back to the airport. Rick picked me up from the airport, and he was even waiting before I checked out of the hotel. Again, Rick was very pleasant and the car was clean and comfortable. I will be booking AM PM Limousine again to and from the airport when my daughter comes home. Paul and his team are great and I know I'm in good hands.

Driver was prompt, actually early. We had a 7am flight out. Clean car. Very polite driver. Owner even messaged me at the end of the day to see how things went.

Who knew a simple transfer from the airport could be like a mini-tour! Rick didn’t mind that our flight was delayed an hour and a half. He took it in stride and filled the trip to the hotel with terrific information and great suggestions. Definitely a five star ride.

Change your policy of arriving at airport 3 hours before an international flight to US from Halifax, Canada. No one at airport at 3 a.m. except security. Airline desk opened at 4 a.m. and Customs did not open until 5 a.m. We had to stand and wait in line to go through Customs for almost an hour. Not good.

Paul was in constant communication. He sent details on how to get through the airport to find my ride. Easy instructions, comfortable ride.

We came to Halifax for a conference and a few days of touring. Paul picked us up at the airport in an absolutely immaculate car, with all the touches; water, candy, tour books, charge cords, you name it! Paul is completely professional, prompt and replies to messages very quickly. Paul dropped us off at a downtown hotel, and we arranged several other tours with his tour company (Halifax Titanic Historical Tours) and a car service back to the hotel. Paul does it all! You won’t find a more personable, professional, or thoughtful car service than Paul McNeil’s in Halifax. Even though we had a late arrival and an extremely early morning departure (and a nearly impossible to reach hotel because of road construction) we were met and delivered with friendly hospitality in well-appointed and comfortable vehicles without a hitch. I can’t give this service enough stars!

My family of 3 booked a trip to Nova Scotia and P.E.I. and couldn't get a rental car for the whole trip. I was able to book a car in Halifax, and book another one in Charlottetown, but we had to figure out a way to get from Halifax to Charlottetown. In comes Paul to the rescue. Paul met us from our hotel in Halifax, and from that point on, the trip was a pleasure and a breeze. Paul's car was beautiful, clean and completely set up for our family. He loaded the car, helped us install our car seat for our toddler, and away we went. We got a top notch history lesson along the way about Halifax, Nova Scotia, the Titanic, and many other things. Travelling with a toddler can sometimes be difficult at the best of times - and Paul made us all feel welcome and comfortable for the whole trip. Next time we visit the Maritimes and need a lift, or looking for a tour, we're 100% calling Paul. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you Paul!
