On checking in wasn't the easiest, once in the room did a quick walk round crack in bathroom sink,stain on chair,few handles missing of future,had trouble turning on tv even after buying new batteries, found false eyelash on bedside cabinet, not big issues if more attention to detail it would be a really good stay, needs someone you can contact easily I managed to turn tv on after two days of trying, would i stay again probably not at this moment in time. Had a really pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. Check-in was simple & straight and everything I needed was provided. I'd be happy to stay here any time i come to this area.

Not impressed initially as check-in was a nightmare. Never got the email explaining things and couldn't get in. 3 phone calls and 40 minutes later we were in.... Positives are that the room was clean and very spacious. Kettle and stocked mini fridge, which we used in the communal kitchen the following morning. 20 mins walk to the city centre

This is a digital hotel, you are given all information on how to get into the front door, because it's only opened with a code that is the same as the one to open your room. So there's no staff at a reception, there's a lounge and a full kitchen with three tables and chairs. Your room is very basic,a good supply of tea bags and coffee and milk pods,a small fridge, TV,dressing table, wardrobe, king size bed and a on sweet bathroom with a great shower and toilet with hand basin and towels.
