Novotel Sheffield Centre

Big thanks to Angelo at Novotel Sheffield! He made our whole stay so much better , really warm, genuine and went out of his way to help with everything we needed. It’s rare you get such personal thoughtful service. He’s a credit to the hotel , we’ll absolutely stay here again because of him. Thank you so much, Angelo x

The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and provided everything I needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The overall experience was excellent, and I would happily stay here again. A special mention to Alisson, whose service was absolutely wonderful. Alisson was very pleasant, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, and their warm and professional manner really made a difference

Honestly one of the nicest hotels I stayed in. The rooms were lovely. Staff were also lovely. Location was perfect. Right next to peace gardens and close by museums. Though all the lifts were a bit scary and jerky. Especially the one from entrance to the reception was extremely scary. Pool was nice. Sitting areas outside were lovely especially late at night in the cool air. Would totally recommend!!

I’ve not rated the bedrooms as we didn’t stay at the hotel—this review reflects our excellent afternoon tea visit. I came with 5 family members, and we were all in complete agreement: what a brilliant venue! The food was lovely, and the whole team were wonderful. Huge thanks to Alison, who looked after us—she was fantastic, so welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was brilliant. If you’re after a relaxing, stress-free treat, I’d definitely recommend Novotel Sheffield.
