I used the bar and lounge area whilst I was waiting for a client meeting on Friday 23rd October and was served coffee and a light snack by Charlotte who delivered exceptional service along with a friendly smile. After my coffee she asked me if everything was ok and also asked if I would like anything else. Thank you for your service Charlotte !

Absolutely outstanding service - I have hosted events there for many years and have stayed there the night before each time. The amazing Linda always goes out of her way to look after me - even early before our conference starts ensuring I eat breakfast! Jeff was also wonderful and super efficient. Would recommend!

After my dad’s funeral we held a celebration of his life here. The team could not have been more helpful and on the day everything was perfect. The arrangements were handled professionally, the room was perfect and the service from Louise and Nicola surpassed our expectations. The food and drinks were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. It made a difficult day a bit easier to bear. Thank you to everyone involved for everything you did.

We recently hosted the official launch of my book, The Diary of an immigrant, at Mercure Hull Grange Park Hotel, and I couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the planning stage through to the day of the event, the team was professional, responsive and incredibly supportive. They worked closely with us to ensure everything was set up as requested, and their attention to detail helped made the event a great success. The venue was elegant, spacious and well suited to our programme, which included invited dignitaries, guest speakers, a panel discussion, media coverage and a book signing. Our guests were impressed with the facilities, the welcoming atmosphere and the excellent service provided throughout the day.
