A thoroughly enjoyable stay, distinguished above all by the exceptional standard of hospitality. From arrival, the team demonstrated genuine warmth, professionalism and attentiveness; nothing appeared too much trouble, and service remained polished without ever feeling intrusive. Breakfast was another highlight, freshly prepared to order with an excellent selection and a clear emphasis on quality. The cooking was well executed, and the overall experience provided a very satisfying start to the day. What ultimately sets this hotel apart, however, is its staff. Their friendliness, efficiency and genuine desire to look after guests were the principal reasons for our return, and once again they made a lasting impression. A welcoming and professionally run hotel where thoughtful service remains at the heart of the experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return without hesitation.

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. Excellent location overlooking the Italian Gardens and the sea. Our room was spotless and spacious. Great facilities and decor. Friendly, helpfull and professional staff... and owners. Superb breakfast and selection. Parking close by and the South Cliff Railway that is an easy way to get to and from the beach. Located in a genteel part of town.

Absolutely outstanding accomodation. We stayed in the mahogany apartment and it was perfect, spacious lounge with kitchen and dining area. Two fabulous bedrooms, one en suite. The view from the lounge window was breathtaking of the bay. Highly recommend and would certainly stay again. The owners are nice friendly people. The breakfast was superb.

We booked a last minute trip to Scarborough and came across The Mansion House and we're so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The hotel was spotless, beautifully presented and in a fantastic location with stunning sea views. Our room was comfortable, well-equipped and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, attentive and couldn't do enough to help, making the whole experience even better. It's clear they take great pride in what they do. We had an absolutely fantastic stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Mansion House to anyone visiting Scarborough. We'll definitely be returning the next time we're in the area.
