Malmaison Leeds

Had a meal with a group of friends and although the food was really nice the Service was not. Made a complaint to the manager at the end of the meal who did apologise but it was the assistant manager who from the minute we got on our table spoke and treated us all badly. I have lots of examples if you want to know?! Then they had the cheek to put service charge just to add further insult. You expect a four star hotel to know the basics like for eg to bring sugar and a spoon when serving coffee. You expect people to know the menu when you ask questions about it. I would understand these problems in other establishments but we are are paying a lot of money to eat here. Had you not had such bad attitudes i wouldn’t be calling this out on here. But then again i don’t think you take on board a any negative comments as i can see clearly here you don’t respond to them but yet you respond to the positive reviews. Anyhow i always say good Management would want to address the negative reviews if they are simply prepared to listen. Such a shame really as the chefs produce good food and don’t deserve front of house to let them down!

Loved it! Had 2 nights here.. Zeinab was lovely on reception, she had a problem when we were booking in and gave us 2 complimentary drinks. Our room was great, bed and pillows were awesome. Location was perfect, 2 minutes walk to the town centre and less to the car park we used.. it really was perfect!

Went to the bar for a few drinks with a friend and had great service from the people at the bar. I believe it was ethan and leonard that made me great drinks! Mollie and Olivia also were really nice when I asked questions and helped

Visited a few times and wonderful experience each time. The rooms have everything you need and extremely comfortable beds, I always have the best sleep. They always have delicious breakfast that I look forward to and options for everyone, whatever you like. Location is lovely and convenient within walking distance of the city centre, train station, and anything else you could want. I’d like to thank the lovely Zeinab for making our stay wonderful with her friendly personality, they are also very accommodating with rooms and anything you may need. Our go-to place to stay in leeds. Definitely would recommend 🙂
