Beautiful stay, very clean and comfortable rooms. Great amenities and very friendly staff. Location and car park very handy. I only wish I had more time to sample the breakfast and visit their gym. I would love to return.

Absolutely Disgraceful Treatment of Guests I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at the Leanador Hotel to think twice. Our experience was absolutely appalling, and the way we were treated was completely unacceptable. We were accused of smoking without being provided with any proof, despite our insistence that we had not smoked. What followed was even worse: we were denied access to our rooms and left without access to our own belongings. Most concerningly, I was left without access to my medical essentials, which were inside my room. Regardless of any allegation a hotel wishes to make, denying guests access to their belongings, particularly essential medical items, is an extremely serious matter. The way this situation was handled showed a shocking lack of consideration, communication and basic customer care. We were left dealing with the consequences of an accusation we completely disputed, with no satisfactory resolution at the time. A hotel has a responsibility to treat its guests fairly and handle disputes professionally. Based on our experience, this fell far below any acceptable standard. No guest should have to go through this, especially when their access to their own room and essential belongings is taken away. An absolutely terrible experience. I would not stay here again, and I would urge management to review how this incident was handled and how guests are treated when allegations are made. One star is more than this experience deserved.

Good-sized rooms. Comfortable beds with good choice of pillows. Great sleep! Excellent buffet breakfast - huge choice of vegan, vegetarian & omnivore food, fruit juices, tea, coffee. Nice internal courtyard. Very helpful staff with good local knowledge & maps. Secure underground parking.

This is well-situated hotel close to the city centre. The staff were friendly, flexible and efficient. I had to delay my checkout for an hour and staff were most amenable. I’ve had better breakfasts but overall, I had a positive experience and will likely rebook the next time I am staying in Sheffield. Lastly, the hotel has a relationship with the car parking facility across the road and I paid £24 for two days and two nights. Big thumbs up.
