A fair sized hotel. Rooms are fine and breakfasts are self serviced but you can eat all you want. Staff are helpful and friendly and it has a small pool and spa. On Saturday evening there was a lounge singer.

On arrival we were greeted by Sharon on reception, she warmly welcomed us to the hotel. We wanted a couple of things for our room and Sharon sorted this out immediately, really professional and friendly. She helped us out on our trip to Skipton and could not do enough for all the guests at the hotel. This hotel has a great canal walk into Skipton, lovely breakfasts and food available all day and great service in the hotel fot the long weekend we were on. Top marks and we cannot wait to come back in 2027.

Fabulous night staying here. Possibly are faulty but didn't realise its 1 1/2 miles out of Skipton. Lovely big canal bedroom . Powerfull shower . Very comfortable. Nice help yourself breakfast good variety of fresh food. Hotel staff very friendly . Fabulous Mumbai Village indian restaurant next door 😋

As always, in every hotel in the Amaze group, the staff are great, the state and condition of the hotels are very poor...needs some serious investment in all of them. On the night we staying there was a wedding, thanks to no thought and bad planning we were put in a room above the reception party and so didn't get to sleep until at least 4am thanks to the music, then lots of very drunk people, slamming doors and drunken arguments. Non wedding customers should be put at the other end of the hotel.

A group of us have just stayed in the 'party' suite at this hotel. We had a fabulous weekend which started off with a Sunday lunch carvery in the conservatory overloomi g the canal. It was very nice and good value. The suite was not ready on time but we didn't have to wait long. The suite is located up 2 flights of stairs which needed hoovering. There is no lift to the suite and this proved to be a struggle for a couple of our party due to ongoing health issues. Not to worry tho as the suite itself was absolutely amazing, we were all blown away by the size and facilities. Unfortunately we couldn't get the tv to work to watch the world cup final. Not a major issue but it would have been if England had got through. The bathroom in the downstairs bedroom absolutely stunk and was not suitable for any of us to use it, pity really as it was quite a bit cooler than the loft bedroom/bedroom. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and good quality. We all agreed we would stay again, in fact we have already rebooked for October to celebrate one of our groups birthdays, I hope the drains will have been sorted by then.
