Had an absolutely exceptional time here at Delta! The accommodations were amazing, with clean rooms, a comfortable stay, and a very welcoming atmosphere overall. Above all, what especially stood out to me was the staff, who were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A special hats off to the restaurant team, with an honourable mention to Siya, who was absolutely lovely and always happy to help. Her hospitality and professionalism were exceptional, and every interaction with her was friendly, warm and welcoming. Overall, I don't think I could have asked for a better experience here at Delta. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the area looking for a great place to stay!

Great stopover in the Lake District We stayed here as a stopover while visiting the Lake District and had a lovely experience overall. The hotel was great, with excellent leisure facilities including a gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and spa. There’s also a restaurant and bar on site, which was really convenient as we arrived quite late and didn’t want to drive out again. The food was a little disappointing and quite mediocre, I expected it to be better but everything else made up for it. The staff were particularly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a great place for a relaxing stopover, especially if you want good leisure facilities without having to leave the hotel.

I booked a last-minute solo break for my birthday, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay! A huge thank you to Cameron and the restaurant team for making my birthday so special. Cameron truly went above and beyond to make sure both myself and my little dog were looked after. He arranged for a member of the spa team to look after my pup while I enjoyed my treatment because he wanted me to be able to relax and enjoy my day. The team also prepared a beautiful birthday table with a complimentary bottle of wine. Cameron’s kindness, thoughtfulness and willingness to go the extra mile turned my birthday into a very special day I won’t forget. I’d also like to thank Evie and Debbie in the spa, who were both absolutely wonderful, along with the lovely lady who looked after my pup. The team were so welcoming, accommodating and fantastic at what they do. I left feeling completely relaxed. Missy was welcomed just as warmly as I was. She was fussed over by so many members of staff and even other guests, which made her little holiday just as special as mine. It was so lovely to stay somewhere that genuinely welcomes dogs and includes them as part of the stay. The food was beautiful, and every member of staff I met was friendly, professional and so warm towards us. I’m disappointed I didn’t get the chance to say goodbye and thank everyone in person before I left, but I hope this review shows just how much your efforts were noticed and appreciated. Thank you all for making my getaway so memorable. We’re already looking forward to coming back! 😊

From arrival to checking out, our 2 night stay was flawless. All staff from reception to dining to housekeeping were smart, polite and welcoming. Our room was perfect, bed comfortable, and bathroom spotless. Even our 2 chihuahuas had a dog bed and bowls waiting for them. Dining experience was fantastic whether it was breakfast buffet or evening meal choices were plenty and food was great. More than enough parking onsite but you need to log your vehicle registration number on arrival at reception. All in all a great stay and all the staff a credit to your organisation.
