Best Western Premier Doncaster Mount Pleasant Hotel

The hotel rooms are exceptional, especially the suites. Such a high standard of workmanship and decor. Each room is unique and cleaned very well throughout. Excellent cleaning team. Reception staff are so friendly and welcoming. Mark on the management team was so attentive and worked hard to make sure we enjoyed our stay.. He provided an outstanding level of customer service. We hardly ever visit a place twice but we will definitely be back!

Very spacious and clean & very usable rooms, service from checking in to entering the bar, was superb, the evening meal, the staff, even though busy were very polite and attentive, the food was exceptional, i really can't fault any aspect of this hotel, an amazing bed slept right through. Getting up to the walk shower with heated towel rail and ample quality towels, having stayed with best western before i was surprised by everything, the staff really are attentive.. Breakfast quality food with a good selection of choices with a hot drink of choice brought to you at your table for when you return from the buffet style breakfast. This was a work stop over and would return given choice! A great setting!

We had afternoon tea here. It was good with fresh savoury and sweet scones. Personally I would have preferred a couple more sandwiches and less cake but that's just me!! Tea and coffee are bottomless. The waiting staff were friendly and attentive.

Stayed whilst working at the airport, such a lovely spot, staff were all really friendly and helpful. Rooms were huge, with great beds, well appointed and super clean. Bathroom had double sinks and a massive shower. Breakfast and dinner were both great, would definitely recommend it.
