Spectaculare experience, very recommend

Mont St-Michel can be very crowded and we were visiting on a holiday. Our tour guide from Overlord, Jean, reached out and arranged an early departure so we could beat the crowds and have the best experience. He was absolutely right. Jean shared all the history of the Mont, laced with stories only a local would know. He led us expertly through the village to the Abbey. He knew the best photo stops, too. Because it’s a 90 minute ride to-from Bayeux, we discussed and learned so much about agriculture, cuisine, regions of France, history and more. A truly wonderful day.

We had an excellent tour of Mont Saint-Michel with Cecille. She was very knowledgeable and paced the tour to our needs. We would not have understood the history and details of the different rooms and areas in the Abbey without the insights of our guide. She also provided an excellent recommendation for dinner on the island.

Florence was a wonderful guide. We had a bit of a mix up connecting, but once we did connect everything went smoothly. She is very knowledgeable and we really got to know and understand the place. Although the Mount and Abby were crowded, she guided us through several back alleys and passageways which made the tour feel unique to us. After the tour, she left us and we did further exploration and had some lunch as well. A wonderful day.

We had tickets to the abbey which included a tour. The tour was well worth it as we were provided with a lot of interesting information. The price was definitely worth it. You get to see many areas of the abbey. Beware, there are many steps to go up before you get the the start of the tour, so be sure to allow yourself enough time to get there.

Cecile was an excellent guide for our two hour tour. Despite the rainy day and many tourists, she found a way to share history and stories so we could hear her and get some nice photos.

Myriam was an absolutely incredible tour guide! She combined history with fascinating stories. Mt St. Michel is beautiful and magical, and Myriam really brought it to life! Ps I highly recommend the 9:00 start time. At several points, we were on village roads on our own. By the time we returned down from the Abbey at 12:30, the streets were packed!

She was extremely knowledgeable about all kinds of things about Mt St Michele - structure, history, the people who lived there, etc. - it was a very interesting and informative afternoon with her. I highly recommend doing Mt St Michele with a private tour guide - it makes it much easier to listen to what is being said and ask questions.

Paris City Vision offers great tours and their staff is excellent. We used them for a day trip to Mt St Michel, Sien River Cruise, and Versailles.

Our tour guide, Cècile is very friendly snd patient to answer our questions. She communicated well, she made sure to make it easy for us to meet. She thought ahead and connected with us a day before we met through WhatsApp when we were still in Rennes. By the time we met next day in the parking lot, there was no surprise or delay. She was passionate to explain every detail of the Abbey to make us appreciate more of the history and this made our trip much more interesting beyond our expectation. Yes, this private tour is not cheap but I think it is worth of money since you visited this place once in your lifetime, at least in our case. I would highly highly recommend this tour specially our tour guide Cècile Loiseau to everyone visiting Mont St. Michel.

The tour with Aurelia at Mont St Michel was excellent. She went into great detail and covered everything in the allotted time, even though we are not young people (our bodies at least). She was very easy to understand. We will definitely be recommending this tour to our friends.

Mont St Michel is truly an astounding monument. It was brought to life with detailed and interesting comment by Aurelia during our tour. She clearly explained the history and development and gave us many unusual facts about the amazing place. And she effectively timed her walk so that we were not overtaxed - we are not young folks (at least in our minds). Mont St Michel must be on your bucket list and make sure you take a specialized guide so that you get everything out of your visit.

Excellent!! We were picked up at our location and met our tour guide Natalie and driver. They were great. We asked for a guide who could educate us on France and our destination point Mont St Michel. She exceeded our expectations. Very pleasant, engaging and passionate about her job and sharing with us her deep knowledge. Wish we had more time, even though it was 12 hours due to the long drive, but we did have 3 nice hours at the Mont. Grabbed a delicious baguette sandwich on Main Street before we left. Mont St Michel is breathtaking. Will definitely return to absorb the history. Thank you Natalie for making it a memorable trip.

Asked for a tour… and help with finding a good spot to propose! We really enjoyed the tour and the spot suggested by the guide was perfect! Furthermore, the guide took pictures of it that we will hold on to forever. For me personally, some of the tour went past me a little bit for obvious reasons, but the guide was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and proactive in making it a fantastic experience for us. And she said yes so we were off to a really great vacation together. :)

Claire was GREAT! She was basically a local living one town away and knew all the shortcuts to show us everything in our 3 hours. I learned so much from Claire. Can’t imagine trying to do that without her. Very fun and well worth it.

The driver was waiting for us at the cruise port promptly. The van was very clean. We arrived at Mont Sainte Michel and met our tour guide, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was also very good with our young kids. She did a great job showing us around. Do not hesitate to book this tour. It was a wonderful experience.

If I could give Claire six stars, I would. She did amazing job on our tour. She accommodated my elderly parents who were slower. She made sure that we took breaks, going up all the stairs so that they were comfortable. She knew a ton of history, and was very informed about the Mont. An incredible tour, and an incredible tour guide!

The guide was knowledgeable, very nice and fun. Our complaint is the meeting place was not at all clear. It took 45 minutes to locate our guide. We were told to meet at a hotel. We waited and then found out the real meeting place was upstairs in reception of a different hotel.

Had an amazing morning with Ursula as we visited Mt St Michel. She is SO knowledgeable about the history and architecture of the abby. She made it come alive. I was tentative with the steepness of the stairs but she coached me the whole way, allowing for stops.

Cecile was our guide and she was wonderful! She rolled with our shifting arrival time and adjusted the tour order to accommodate the unexpected schedule at the abbey. So much wonderful information, made the visit really great!!

Fantastic tour! So glad we decided to take this one. Our guide was amazing, knowledgeable and just an absolutely lovely person (I'm so sorry I've forgotten her name!!) She took us all around the Mont, explaining the history, architecture and even her own experience of how the area has changed throughout the recent renovations.

Mt Saint Michelle is a most go place. It is absolutely amazing. The only bad part is that during the summer (July a d August) it is sooooo crowded it seems that you are in Disneyland.
