A stay of 7 nights, 2 adults, 2 kids. The location is nice, green, not far from the town, very chill and quiеt, at night just deafeningly quiet(high season). The staff was friendly. Ok, now the room. First of all waiting till 17u00 to get the room is a long time! Typical Pierre & Vacances room. The main issue was the window in the bedroom. It was broken and couldn't stay "on keep". So either it was widely open or closed. Considering widely open window in front is not that safe (anybody could get inside at night), children didnt sleep alone. So it affected our structure to sleep. The room is needed to be deeply cleaned. The curtans, the kitchen utensils (except the cutlery), all greasy. Also why not to deliver the matrass protecter as well washed? It wasnt fresh on the sofa. It lied already there when we were making it up. As on the bed as well i guess(the bed were made up already in the bedroom). The ventilations in the bathroom and the broken one in kitchen should be cleaned! The towels dryer in the bathroom also should be cleaned(we didnt use it). We've got a mobile vantilator to "resolve" the prb with the broken window in the bedroom so it wouldn't be that warm if the window were closed(it was offered after 5 times reminding abt smbd to come and have a look at the window). We didnt use it either as it was jusy dirty, full of white dust inside! Here some photos are attached. Its not to scare away the people but to let know Pierre & Vacances that some things need to be done properly. Also its time to invest in fly screens. The mosquitos were attacking every night. As a result all full with bites. The breakfast was in a kit. It was tasty and fresh but everyday the same. A little piece of butter and a fruit or a few little pots of yogurt added would be nice. On the other hand, the massage at SPA was wonderful!!! Thats for sure. Also posting some photos of the location as it was very peaceful and relaxing.

Quite okay park, not luxurious to be honest and could see a lot of overdue maintenance, especially regarding old wood and paintwork. Nice looking houses from the outside, and a great view towards the little town and sea. Inside is quite small, especially with more than 2 ppl, a sleeping couch next to two separate beds and it was very warm when we arrived, sadly no airco or fan available. The spa is on the park, but seems to be from a separate company, so is not included despite the parks name. Little (or basically no) options for drinks or food on the park itself, nor at the pool. Within 5-10 minutes drive loads of nice options to eat or shop for groceries though, and as a little kitchenette is available you could cook or prepare some food. Overall, very friendly employees and nice looking park but loads of options for improvements. 😉
A fantastic place to relax! Location & Atmosphere: The resort is situated on a hill above Houlgate, offering beautiful views of the town and the sea. The hotel and apartment buildings are surrounded by a lovely garden. It is incredibly quiet here—with no shops or restaurants on-site, there is no commercial traffic. Parking is conveniently separated from the living area, and the pool area is blissfully music-free. When the town is asleep, you can actually hear the ocean. Accommodation: I stayed in a 2+2 apartment. It was comfortable, very clean, and had high-quality towels and bed linen. The kitchenette was a bit small but very well-equipped. The description on the website is 100% accurate. Good to know: This is a self-catering property. The town is too far to visit for breakfast every morning, so doing some grocery shopping and cooking is inevitable.
Great friendly , helpful and supportive staff. Bi- lingual if not tri- Very clean and well set up appartement There is a lot to do within the residence, the pool, bar football, ping pong, board games and reading. The lively beach is 20 mins walk away and Houlgate has its own charm
A lovely place to enjoy the countryside lifestyle. The hotel is small and cozy, offering a peaceful atmosphere with a range of relaxing facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, spa, sauna, and more. While the amenities are somewhat limited compared to larger resorts.
