Premium Residence Presqu'ile De La Touques - Pierre & Vacances

Quite mixed feelings around this place. The location is amazing, with short walking distance to amazing restaurants, shops, settings. But a few things made our stay a bit disappointing - Our booking stated check-in from 16, but our room was not ready at that point. We came back 30 min later to find that it was still not ready. At 17 we received the key. No compensation - There is no air conditioning. Which we knew when booking but there is no fan or similar that makes it possible to cool down the room at least a bit - The pool area gets extremely loud at the afternoon and into the evening (see clip). Could barely have the balcony door open due to constant screaming. - The balcony floor gets filled with bird droppings. And nothing to clean it out with I can highly recommend the I can highly recommend the cafe Boulangerie Feulette just 2 minutes walk down the street, had breakfast there every morning. Also restaurant Honoré with excellent food and service.

Fourth stay at this Pierre et Vacances Very satisfied Wished tge carpet in the hallways was updated as well as the furniture that can be a bit frayed

We have stayed here twice & you just can’t get better space, amenities or views anywhere else in Deauville. Apartment was a brilliant size & staff couldn’t be more helpful or kind. Swimming pool was fabulous, swimming from out to in & there’s a gym too. I would definitely go back but book direct, no agencies.

We were unfortunately quite disappointed with our stay. While the residence is family-oriented and has some positive aspects, we found it very difficult to stay comfortably during warm weather. And if you open the windows You can heart people talking until 2 am outisde . During our visit, temperatures were around 30°C, Travelling with a baby made this especially challenging, as keeping the room cool and comfortable was very difficult. For a property presented as a 5-star residence, we expected better comfort in hot weather This was disappointing and had a significant impact on our overall experience. The location and family-friendly concept are nice, but improved comfort during warmer days would make a big difference for families with young children.
