One marvelous view is offered from this hotel. Especially in the evening, the Mont saint-michel shines in glow. The hotel might be a little cold during the winter, but overall well equipped. The breakfast is also recommendable.. trust me.

We were there for dinner. The food is fine not so bad for a tourist focused only place. The only issue is this place has no air con and made it unbearable to have dinner when it is 38 degrees, there were no fan and it is not possible to breathe. We also heard other hotel guests mentioned no air con in the room and with tobacco smell. It is unfortunate that the location has perfect view of Mont Saint Michel. We stayed at Mercure it is a clean place and has air con. Their breakfast has decent food with choices of soft boiled eggs and all types of bread and cereal.

We got one of the rooms with a balcony and an unobstructed view of Mont Saint Michel. It was very beautiful and a lovely hotel. The only problem we had was that the area is controlled and you need a code to get in and our code given by the hotel didn’t work, so it was a hassle to get in. Additionally, there are not many good restaurants in the area.

We booked a night here for our trip to Mont St Michel, and despite one issue it was outstanding. The view cannot be beat, and the access to Mont St Michel was worth it right there. We very much enjoyed once last stroll across the bridge at night after the crowds had left, and the sunrise was just spectacular. The staff was very friendly, the food and drinks were excellent, and our room was spacious and beautifully appointed. The only thing is.... We arrived during a heat wave and there is no AC and very few windows for air. It was dangerously hot and very little to be done about it. We took cold showers and slept with a fan by the bed. We almost slept in the car. Can't really blame the hotel for the weather, but there should be a better way to comfort guests, cold peppermint towels, parasols, misters, more fans... Something. Otherwise, great stay and we hope to return maybe when the weather is kinder!

This hotel is amazing! The rooms are spacious and nice 😊 The stuff is professional and very friendly. Parking is super easy, right in front of the hotel. Parking is free but there’s a fee for entering the Mont Saint Michel area depending on the season, e.g. we paid 10€ for less than 24 hours, in April. Call the hotel for the code upon the gate to get the ticket. We didn’t know any of this and had to figure it out on the spot. Amazing views of Mont Saint Michel when dining. And the food is delicious 🙂 All around, we had an amazing experience at the hotel although we didn’t have one of the rooms with a direct view of the St. Michel (as are reviewed here) because we had booked only 24 hours in advance. Bonus, it is the closest hotel to St. Michel so you can easily walk there!;)
