Best Western Plus Le Conquerant Rouen Nord

The hotel is cute and relaxing! Good quality/ price! The staff are nice and helpful! My favourite person is Prudence (receptionist). She’s a star!!! :D

Quiet, clean and comfortable rooms with good quality beds and bedding. Location is out of town but perfect for a stop when traveling through France. Restaurant was fully occupied by a pre booked coach trip when we arrived at 7pm and limited options in walking distance. Opted for baguette and cheese from Lidl in the room. Coffee machine also broken and with no options to replace it was given a complimentary coffee. Disappointed about the restaurant unfair to advertise it and then give it exclusively to a group. Was one of the reasons we booked and understand they have a small kitchen but could have been better managed - other guests not in the coach group also disappointed that night. Hotel recommended a restaurant 10mins drive from the hotel.

Queensize bedroom is quite spacey and clean. Location outside of the city and has their own parking space.

Our stay was excellent. The property is well located, clean, and the spa was a wonderful bonus. The staff were extremely friendly, especially Prudence, who made our stay truly special. Thank you — I will definitely be back.
