Drive up towards the scenic Moyenne Corniche, one of the three coastal roads connecting Nice to the Principality of Monaco. It will not take you long before realizing how panoramic the drive is, a short distance away from the city, you will then enter the heights of Villefranche-sur-Mer overlooking its magnificent bay. A very good opportunity for pictures right from the start.
Meet up again with your driver and, just around the corner, seize the chance to visit the renowned Fragonard Perfume Factory and discover the secrets of this realm of fragrances…
Not even midway, and you will then take a halt to venture into one of France’s prettiest villages: Eze, filled with history and offering a stunning location over 400 meters right above sea, a truly unique place on earth.
You will proceed up the coast and reach the Grande Corniche, the highest road from where you can catch the sight of the most ancient Roman vestige on the French Riviera: the ’Trophy of the Alps’ in the village of La Turbie.
Descent towards the state-city of Monaco and its Palace on the ’Rock’, in time for the change of the guards(morning only). You will be given some free time to wander around the old town for a souvenir maybe, or even admire the view from the St. Martin Gardens, and definitely visit Monaco’s Cathedral and its chapel of the late sovereign Princes and Princesses.

Make a stop at Monte-Carlo’s Casino and its display of luxury cars beside and get the chance to gamble few coins inside this magnificent building (17€, afternoon only) and capture with eyes and memory only its beautiful inner architecture.
After being picked-up at your hotel by our English-speaking tour guide, you will head towards the motorway (speedway) and shoot off from there to the the scintillating town of Cannes. Explore the city and discover its magnificent palaces along the Croisette boulevard : the Carlton, the Majestic or the Martinez where the stars are staying during the Film Festival.
Take the opportunity to walk on the famous red carpet covering the world famous steps of the Palais des Festivals - where it all takes place in May - you might feel like walking up ‘the 24 steps of glory’ and perhaps strike your most graceful pose on the red carpet. Do have a look at the local Walk of Fame with its celebrities’ handprints before you go, too.
Once the high-end boutiques and splendid hotels of Cannes are left behind, you will take the coastal road to Antibes which traverses the summer resorts of Golfe-Juan and Juan-les-Pins, both steeped in history as well as ongoing events. You’ve now reached Antibes, or Antipolis as the Greeks had first named it. A town which played the role of sentinel for the country during many centuries, hence its ramparts circling the Old Town. There you might consider strolling along those XVth century walls and Grimaldi Castle - nowadays the Picasso museum. Then your guide will drive you out of the Old Town. Once past Antibes’ large marina and its ‘Billionaires’ Quay‘, you will proceed along the coastline until you reach the town of Villeneuve-Loubet with its extraordinary ‘Marina of the Bay of Angels’ from where you will go inland towards your last site visit.
Our guide, Aroun, is a local who was very friendly and accommodating, including making rest stops whenever needed. He provided detailed explanations of the history and highlights at each stop along the tour. We had a wonderful time learning about Nice and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting this beautiful city for the first time.
This was a great small group experience. We were a group of 4 and there were only 8 total on the tour. Our guide packed a lot into the time we had making the most of the day. We were on a cruise meaning only one day in port so this was a perfect way to see the area. Highly recommend.

Very good trip but it would help if the guide would be able to take you round some of the locations. We appreciate that they need to park the vehicle etc. but a walking tour of some of the areas would add to the experience.
This is a poorly organised and run day. It is waste of time and money. Basically the day consist of being driven around various venues with very little information given at the site. Although the driver was a pleasant all she did was just leaving us alone at the various venues and retaining back to collect us after half an hour to 1 hour at every venue we visited. and somebody we were left our own devices.
Alex was an excellent guide! He was very thoughtful about giving us an experience that was best suited for what we wanted to see. We highly recommend the tour and hopefully you will be lucky enough to get to have Alex as your guide.
All I can say is WOW. You’re not going to want to skip out on this one. Fatima was our guide and she was phenomenal. Each location she dropped us off and gave us great recommendations to check out in which we did and they did not disappoint. We were able to see so much of nice in one day it was well worth the money. Luckily there isn’t a ton of on foot walking as we are driving to each location and had anywhere between 45min to an hour at each spot. My favorite being eze. Thank you Fatima for a wonderful day and showing us around!!
This tour was perfect for us. We wanted to get a feel Monaco and Cannes and in between and we did. The riding vs walking seemed like a good split. Rainier was the perfect guide- always courteous- very knowledgeable- and not intrusive!
Long tour of beautiful places. Some of it you explore yourself but most of it you are shown. Very good tour. Aaron was our guide. Very good guide. After 14000 steps that day we were wiped out. But there was no rushing. Take the time you want or need. I took 95 pictures that day. We were off a cruise ship for the day and I was concerned about meeting the guide at the correct location but he was at the right port and on time.

We have a group of 15 people. Our guides and drivers Nicholas and Fatima both did a very good job, thumbs up to them! they were experienced and accommodating especially when we lost our mind at the perfume factory shopping (naturally). We got to see a lot in just one day, every one in our group spoke highly of them and the experience.
We had the best day visiting all kinds of beauty. Our guide was great! I was traveling with my mom and mother in law and he waited for us at every corner!
Milena spoke English perfectly and was extremely friendly. She really knew the history of the region and also pointed out the highlights of the area. We covered so much ground that we saw so much. We learned a great deal and hope to return to the French Riviera again. We loved the old town feel of Eze, loved Monaco, saw the glitz of Cannes, and discovered a sweet town called Antibes. The tour is good to go to many places in one day but time to stay for photo taking or shopping is too shot ranged from 20 minutes to a maximum of 45 minutes included lunch.

I was originally very nervous about this tour and wasn't sure what to expect. As soon as I met Aroun, his energy is so positive and calming, my stress was gone immediately and I knew right away we were in good habds. He is warm, charming, friendly and caring. He made sure to connect on a personal level with all of his clients and I think this is so wonderful. He was always making sure everyone was ok and gave perfect tips on where we should go, what we should eat and what we should see. He went above and beyond at all times. Arun is very knowlegeable and passionate about history. If you can request to have him specifically, I would highly recommend him. Arun has a lot of heart and takes huge pride in his work. He really made this experience unforgetable for us. This is a great tour of you are pressed for time and would like to see the highlights of the French riviera in a day to just get a flavor of what the place is like. My friend and I were in a small group of 4 - which made for a more personal experience. Ben was friendly and very skilled at running this tour. It was fast paced but we did have time in Monaco and 20 minutes at the Casino. The casino was not open yet for gambling until afternoon, but we stilled paid the entry to see the gambling rooms and took a lot of pictures - it was amazing. The tour of the Monaco castle with audio headset ran 45 minutes and we only had 15-20 so we had to short cut that tour as well, but we saw both and they were impressive - note there is an additional fee to enter both. Monaco and Monte Carlo is a very crowded area and our guide did his best managing time to get there early to avoid the late morning / early afternoon crowds. We got to drive on the Formula One road which was happening the end of the month. We saw Eze and visited the Perfume factory which was better than I had anticipated. We drove out to Antibes and walked around the town and on to Cannes - we could not walk the read carpet as it was being torn up for an upcoming festival and was all walled off - disappointing as a long drive back to Nice, but not the fault of the tour guide, who tried to accommodate us in every way that he could. The tour is intended to be a highlight of the Riveria and it met our goal. If you are looking for more indepth visit to Monaco and Monte Carlo only, you should select a different tour. We wanted to see the coast so this fit our need. Ben is a great driver and shared insights.

Excellent day excursion to several cities around Nice. Our 8-person group tour turned into a personal tour as we were the only ones traveling that day - perks of off-season travel, I guess 😀. Our driver/tour guide, Belo was amazing. Told us about all the history around the places we visited. The villages of Eze and St Paul de Vence were the highlights of the trip. Antibes was good too. A little disappointed that we couldn’t see the red carpet in Cannes and the palace in Monaco. But overall, an amazing trip. Special kudos to Belo, our guide and driver.

It was a nice sonny. We've seen a lot of places. Our driver was was very friendly and polite. You will not get a lot of information about the places you will go to. Read about it before you go and you will get better understanding the paces.

The village of St Paul de Vence was lovely, we had an hour here, but it would have been great to have longer. Antibes was also nice to see, but then going to Cannes for 15 minutes to see the red carpet was a waste of time considering how hard it is to get into town with the traffic. Eze was also a lovely village, we skipped the parfumerie so had a bit of time there. Seeing Monaco was also good.
Our experience was definitely 5/5! Our guide was so sweet and very experienced and knowledgeable about the area and all that each spot had to offer! The stops were quick but a great way to check each location off of our lists! We would recommend Liven Up to everyone!

We were unsure if to book this trip or not but I’m so glad we did! It was amazing, our tour guide Tin was so informative and made the trip so much fun, we had our 10 year old son and 7 year old daughter with us and he was really good with them and they loved him! Tin got us to places perfectly on time, so we didn’t have to que when places got busy and we got to see the changing of the guards at the palace perfectly on time. This trip is perfect if you want to visit these places but are are unsure how to get to the best places. Thankyou Tin for such a great day and for answering all our questions and making us laugh, such a lovely person.

The tour guide was amazing and had so much information about everything we did and where we went. She knew what places were best and certain times and set up the tour to make sure we got the full experience and beauty of every stop in the full day experience. Definitely recommend if you want to see a lot of places but not sure which places are the best!
While the French Riviera is beautiful, our Viator tour experience was the worst due to the poor service from our local guide, Victor. * Our 9 hour was cut short by 2 hour and 23 minutes * We spend 30 minutes driving to pick up other passengers * We waited 30 minutes for other passengers that never showed up * Our tour guide (Victor) was missing/nowhere in sight for 50 minutes in Eza. We had to called Viator both in the U.S. and local to track him down * Our local guide, Victor, decided to cancel our final destination to Carnes unless we paid him more money. We returned to our hotel 33 minutes before the scheduled end time of 5:30pm. * Victor is only a driver, not a tour guide. He simply dropped us off, point to the direction of sights, and told us to return at a certain time. He never walks the sights with us to point out the highlights. * Victor complaint over our lunch taking 32 minutes when he wanted us to take 30 minutes We used Viator many times during our travels over the years. Most were good to great. This tour with Victor was far below expectation.

fantastic experience., we enjoyed this trip thoughly, 4 of us and 4 other tourists in the van, enough space, good company and a friendly guide to explore the riviera, what else you ask for. A lot is packed in a day, but if you have less time and would like to tick off all the must see places., this tour is the best. Our driver/guide was really good, professional, funny and engaging (sorry forgot his name). My son loved all the cars are montecarlo., we loved the scenice sea side drive, Eze medival village and and so many other things. Overall worth the money and strongly recommend
Nicholas, was an absolute great tour guide. This small group tour (7 persons) was a perfect way to enjoy the tour. Tour last 8:30AM to 7PM. We requested to be dropped in OLD Town Nice for dinner along the sea. Absolute must do tour.

My friend and I booked a French Riviera tour today and had Nicolas as our tour guide. I have taken plenty of tours to Europe but I will say that this is by far the best tour I’ve taken because of Nicolas. Nicolas is very kind and humble, he was very knowledgeable and warm to everyone in the vehicle. He gave us recommendations and even taught us how to use the train station! Nicolas went above and beyond my expectations and made my last day in the South of France the best one! Thank you so much Nicolas! Is there any way I can tip Nicolas via Card?
