Private Boat Tour Nice, Villefranche, St Jean Cap Ferrat

Our group of 5 met George for a 2 hour private boat ride and we had a wonderful time. The directions to find him at the pier were clear and easy, he was prompt, friendly, and full of knowledge about the history of the area. At times it was difficult to hear him over the motor when we were moving fast ( two in our group have hearing difficulties) but once they moved to the front of the boat, it was no problem. He provided light snacks and wine and we relaxed in beautiful bays. We would recommend George, it was a highlight of our trip to Nice!

George was a great host and captain. He showed us many wonderful sights and shared a lot of the local history with us. He knew the best spots to swim and snorkel, and brought plenty of drinks and snacks for everyone. When we come back to Nice, we’ll definitely sail with George again.

I booked a four hour sail for my birthday with two of my friends. George was a wonderful host and guide! He gave us a lovely tour of the coast, showing us places we had seen on the land from the sea. We were able to swim and snorkel in calm, turquoise water and truly relax. He also brought wine and a snacks which was greatly appreciated. Overall would highly recommend this activity!!

George was a great skipper. He was friendly, added insightful commentary/history about the riviera, and also provided some nice snacks/rose! The boat was a touch small for the weather conditions - (it was windy and wavy), so we got a little wet when traveling into the wind (some water came over the bow), but otherwise a very enjoyable experience.

Book this experience! 10 out of 10…George was very knowledgeable and we had the best time learning about the region. The sea was a little rougher than we expected and George did an excellent job navigating so that we barely noticed. He had wine and snacks for us and we snorkeled in beautiful aquamarine water. This experience was our favorite part of our visit to Nice!

If you are looking for an exclusive, small boat experience, I highly recommend this trip. Our guide and captain George was a wealth of information and made our trip memorable. We saw breathtaking views of the major local sites - Nice, Villefranche, Cap de Ferrat - from the water. Swimming is available in unique locations when conditions are right. Snacks and wine were a nice touch. Pickup and drop off were a breeze in the harbor area, a short walk from the promenade. Communication was also easy to understand and timely. A highlight of our time in Nice!

This was the highlight of our trip to Nice. George was fantastic—a warm host, very knowledgeable of the area and its history. The boat was comfortable and the trip smooth. George tailored the trip to what we wanted to do and we enjoyed a lovely swim and then an equally lovely rose wine. Perfect!

We had a great time in the sea with our host and Captain George. He was so accommodating and pleasant to us and gave us great historical and current event information about Nice, Monaco and the region. We enjoyed a delightful local Rose and snacks while relaxing at a quiet spot on the Sea and conversing with George. I couldn’t recommend a tour with George more. We had such a relaxing evening on the water. George was extremely well informed about the history of the area and was so welcoming and friendly towards our family. He was very accommodating - we stopped in two beautiful spots to swim and George found some interesting sea creatures to show us, even a sea urchin! Not to mention the delicious local rosé he shared with us. We will definitely be joining George for a second tour if we are in Nice again!!

Excellent few hours on the water. Our boat captain was super knowledgeable on local history and despite the choppy weather brought us to a calm part of the Mediterranean for a food and drink break. Loved the whole experience.

We enjoyed the experience! Our guide was phenomenal. He was very personable, courteous and went out of his way to make the experience enjoyable. The boat was small, and the motor was loud. Other than that it was awesome! The sunset was amazing, with he stars in was a memorable time!
