Eze Monaco And Monte Carlo

Good way to see Nice, Monaco and Monte Carlo in a short time. Our guide Margarita stopped at some great spots so we all could get out and see the sights. She was very knowledgeable about the history and the area, so gave us good commentary (including race car sounds as we drove the Formula One circuit in Monte Carlo 😂) The van was very crowded with the 8 of us however, and 3 of the seats face backwards so you couldn't see much at all.

We don’t a great experience with our tour. Our driver suppose to accompany us and explained but all he did is drop us off and we are on our own . The other groups had a great experience though. We were on separate cars (3) which should not be since we’re 16.

We had an exceptional day with our tour guide, Roman. He had a wonderful personality, spoke impeccable, English, and was more than happy to tailor our trip to the specific things that we wanted to see. We were very grateful for his expertise and his knowledge. He was a wonderful representative of your company!

When we booked no pick up time was given however we expected it to be when the ship arrived in port. We only had 7 hours available and the driver had us wait 2 hours to be picked up. Turned out to be a very rushed day. The Driver (Jam) was a great guide and helped make the most of the day

We had an amazing tour with our guide Ingrid, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. Ingrid did a great job pointing out specific sites and giving us the history of what we were viewing. I would highly recommend this excursion.

First of all, Jerome our guide, was amazing. Very professional, knowledgeable, flexible and has a very reliable and comfortable vehicle for our family of 8. He is very willing to accommodate and explore new areas. His skills made the trip very enjoyable, he knows all the good spots for pictures and such. Next we’re back we will ask for Jerome once again. ¡Gracias Jerome!

Marguerite was informative, on time. We had a quick view of the highlights of the Cities. She managed our time well. We got an overview which was what we needed. If looking for short stops, quick pictures spots this is the tour for you.

As beautiful as the coastline is, the traffic was horrendous. It is too lofty a goal to believe one can see all these points of interest. It felt like a forced March. This was a private tour for the four of us, but no time to stop for the bathroom when requested, only saw the "Welcome to Ez" sign fly by on the roadway, very disappointing.

Fred was a super guide! Many streets were closed due to E prices qualifying but he listened to what we said we wanted to see in Monaco and gave us a great tour. Very accommodating and knowledgeable without being overwhelming!

VERY Accommodating! Did not have a full day to experience all this area had to offer, but our tour guide, Ingrid, showed us an amazing day. We were picked up at our port and filled us with history and sights that others did not experience. I would highly recommend this for others on cruise excursions. LOVED IT!

Roman the tour guide was outstanding. His personality and great attitude made the trip so memorable for us. The tour management was not. We were not informed that we had a hard deadline of 1:30 pm when booking. Since we were coming ashore by tender we arranged for a 9 am pickup due to not wanting to take the chance we could be there by 8:30 which was the first tender. So as a result we were cut short of the time we paid for. It was not Roman’s fault but lack of information from the tour marketing even after I contacted them by phone and email to confirm the terms. They never mentioned the deadline. Also we asked about going into the casino in Monte Carlo and the tour management WhatsApped that we should bring our original passports and dress formally even though they knew it did not open until 2 PM which was 30 mins after our tour ended so all was for not.

Jerome was very helpful as we visited Eze, a favorite, and Monaco. He was very knowledgeable and navigated is around crowds, enabling us to see the things we really wanted and some we didn't know about. Highly recommended.

The entire tour was absolutely breathtaking. Our tour guide Margarita was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the region and very nice. She is definitely a five star.

Ingrid was amazing. Her thorough knowledge made for an outstanding day. We all really enjoyed the day - there was something for everyone and we ranged in ages from 14-75 years!

We had so much fun on this tour with our guide, Fred! First of all, he picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel, which was very convenient. He was very flexible with what goals we wanted to see and accomplish for the day, and he gave great recommendations on where to eat and what to see. We learned a lot from him, and it was a wonderful day making memories. We are very thankful :)

I would not recommend this company. Our ship was turned away from port due to weather and sea conditions. We called immediately upon finding out and were told that they already knew, but would not be doing any refunds. This was a $491 excursion that we were unable to take, due to no fault of our own. We do understand that the company had no control over the matter either. However, it shows a great lack of ethics on their part!

Rene was a wonderful guide! Because the tour ended up with my husband and I we were really able to focus on the parts we really wanted to see and Rene was able to show and tell us about many stories and special places.

We had the BEST tour from Cannes. With Fred we travelled in luxury. He was so knowledgable and brought us to the best sites. Even included a drive around the Grand Prix circuit at a lot less than those other drivers. Heartily recommend Fred and his company

We did this excursion as part of a cruise. Our guide Evi took us on an amazing and fantastic tour. She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout. We both really enjoyed it. She took us to a beautiful spot where you can look down on the whole of Monaco - this spot is not really accessible for larger coach tours, so it felt extra special. The views from all three stops were absolutely breathtaking.

We took this excursion on the 9/10/17. We were travelling on the Freedom of the Seas and had pre booked this through Cruising Excursions.com. We loved the fact that there were only 8 of us so this was almost like a private tour though very well priced for the length of the tour - 8 hours.Olivier our tour guide was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and informative throughout the whole day from start to finish. Had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend to anyone calling at Villefranche on a cruise.
