Cannes is a quiet town, except during its famous film festival in May. On this full-day tour, you’ll drive through Cannes and see the venue where the movie stars gather for the awards. Then, your private driver will take you to the ferry port, where you’ll catch a boat to Saint-Honorat Island. This peaceful island is home to 20 monks living in a 12th-century monastery.
A local guide will show you around the island and, if there are no prayers, you may visit the small monastery. You’ll also visit a vineyard to learn about the island’s wine production and enjoy a tasting under the trees near the vines. After about an hour on the island, you’ll return to Cannes by ferry and meet your driver again.
