Cannes, Antibes & St Paul De Vence Half Day Shared Tour From Nice

The tour was amazing best part was it was a small group and Rafael was talking to all of us personally so it was more personalized tour than the other tours we had been on. He ensured we have good time in each place and that made the tour even better.

Was a nice and relaxed tour. Our guide Rafael was very friendly and professional. Explained everything to us and more. It was a feel good experience.

Great experience with taster visits to three locations - St Paul de Vence, Cannes then Antibes. We loved Antibes and as there are regular trains from Nice we hope to go and spend a day there before we go home. Our driver was very nice. He picked us up on time and was very knowledgeable on Nice and the areas we visited. We had a great time 😊

The places we nice but the driver drove like a madman. Breaking nearly every speed limit, Vechicle was also cramped with 8 tourists plus the driver in a people carrier.

Good trip to Cannes, Antibes and the highlight St Paul de Vance squeezed in under 4.30. Good service, picked up from hotel and dropped back. While this is a worthwhile tour, you can spend quiet a lot of time in morning traffic. Still good to see all these places.

Our guide Rafael was wonderful. He was on time , very personable and had a very calm Demeanor. He explained everywhere we were going in three languages which at the end of the 5 hours must have been exhausting. He was a great driver and was also so enthusiastic showing us the sites. Half day tour was just what we needed. We visited Antibes, Cannes and St Paul de Vence and we liked the first and the last village/town. Cannes, however, has a heavy traffic and not much to see there anyway and I would prefer to swap it for more time in the last place, or just cover these two places only. This is because the time is limited and I prefer places of more historic value. However, the views were stunning and I would probably never have gone there if not for this trip. Nicole was a great driver and gave us lots of interesting information about each place we visited.

A Glorified, Delayed Shuttle Service—Not a Professional Tour Was this a guided tour or a poorly managed shuttle service? That was the question my group of four asked ourselves throughout this entire experience. As frequent world travelers who have taken countless excursions, this was easily one of the worst we have ever booked. The Issues • Massive Delays: Our 1:30 PM tour didn't start until 2:20 PM due to a 45-minute vehicle delay. While we understand traffic happens, the extension completely threw off our evening plans with friends. To make matters worse, the driver could never give us an accurate return time. • Zero Guide Integration: We paid for a professional guide, but our driver, Elton, acted strictly as a chauffeur. At every single stop (Cannes, Antibes, St. Paul de Vence), we were dropped off with absolutely zero guidance, context, or direction. We were left to entirely navigate, explore, and find our way back to the vehicle on our own. • Lack of Contingency & Audio: When asked to speak up so the back of the bus could hear, the driver stated he was suffering from a pollen allergy. While we empathize with health issues, a professional company should have a backup plan or microphone system in place so paying guests aren't left in total silence. The Verdict This was our first time exploring the Nice area, and we wanted to learn about its rich history and culture. Instead, we paid a premium for something we easily could have done ourselves with a rental car and a GPS. It was a complete waste of both time and money. I sincerely hope this company invests in proper training and standards for their facilitators, because calling this a "guided tour" is entirely misleading.

We very much enjoyed our tour of Cannes, Antibes and Saint Paul de Vence with Sylvie. She provided us with lively conversation and useful information and insights.

Visiting the three places was a good itinerary. They are all worth visiting although with a half day time is limited but that was my choice. It was great going in a small group and our driver was helpful.

Good tour guide, informative and pleasant. We drove to St. Paul de Vence first. What a beautiful, charming, artsy town. Sadly, we were given 1 hour....1 hour!!! That's why I say sadly. We had no time for a relaxing lunch to enjoy the environment, tour some art galleries, or shop. I did get to peruse the amazing church. We went back to Cannes, where she took us around and showed us many cool things, especially the red carpet. When it was over, she walked us to the dock and said, "You can catch the tender down there." We walked a long way to the end and no tender. Turned around and trudged back, only to find the tender halfway. There was no MSC rep on the dock to guide us, and we were exhausted. MSC lacks customer guidance in so many areas. That is why this tour gets a 4.

Nicole was a fantastic tour guide! We went to Antibes, Cannes and finished off in St Paul De Vence. Nicole was very knowledgeable about every site we visited and knew great amounts of history. She even stopped at a bakery in the middle of the trip as my partner was hungry. Overall it was a fantastic half day and I couldn’t recommend her more!

Great communication prior to your and prompt arrival time. Good drop of stops - only thing I would recommend is a bit more history/facts related to the area on arrival. Paul de Vence was stunning and was the highlight of the day, had just over an hour here which was perfect. Would have liked a bit longer in Cannes so we could walk along the promenade further. A good day out.

Our guide, Raphaël, was exceptional. From the start, he was incredibly welcoming and created a friendly, relaxed atmosphere for our small group. What really stood out was his engagement; he patiently answered all of our questions. He also had a great sense of humor, making tasteful and funny jokes throughout the day that kept the mood light and enjoyable. The itinerary was perfectly paced.

Trip Experience Feedback According to TripAdvisor’s tour description, this 4.5-hour trip was supposed to include 5 stops with a total of 170 minutes of stop time. However, the actual experience only included 3 stops with a total of 90 minutes of stop time, and the overall tour was shortened to less than 4 hours. We were instructed to meet the tour guide at 1:00 PM in front of the train station, where we joined the afternoon session of a full-day tour group. We were then dropped off at the same station before 5:00 PM. Actual Stops Provided: Vence: 13:20 – 14:20 Antibes: 14:50 – 15:20 Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, Cannes: 15:50 – 16:00 In summary, the itinerary delivered did not match what was advertised in terms of number of stops, total stop time, and overall tour duration.

It was only a transport - no value - could have caught a train or bus. Unless you only wanted a ride it was overpriced -
