This tour is an amazing overview of the top attractions- ideal if you are only staying for a few days. The tour is also a good introduction to the area- you can go back and visit your favourite places for longer by train another day. We returned to Antibes the next day so we could visit the Picasso Museum. Our guide Dennis was fantastic company- friendly, knowledgeable and a great driver! He made the day for us with his amusing anecdotes and insights. He was considerate to those with less mobility and suggested alternative options. It was important to get back to the van at the set times so we could fit everything in. Everyone was considerate about that and it helped the day go smoothly. It also helped that the traffic was good as it wasn’t high season. Pick up and communication was prompt and efficient. You don’t get much time in each location but that’s understandable given the full itinerary. We started at Eze with a tour of the Fragonard perfume factory. We agreed not to spend a lot of time at the shop so we would have enough time to go the the exotic cactus gardens at the top of the village- a steep scenic climb with amazing views and sculptures. Definitely worth the entry fee- use the ticket machines to avoid queuing at the top! Beautiful winding streets and Art galleries en route. Monaco was an exciting place to visit. The casino looked stunning bedecked with orange for Halloween, and the interior is breathtaking! Dennis drove us along the Grand Prix track and we made our way to the Royal Palace- great views and lunch spots in that area. We visited the beautiful church where Prince Rainier and Princess Grace were married and laid to rest. We drove on to St. Paul de Vence- a beautiful artists village and Marc Chagall’s resting place. I wish we had longer here- achingly beautiful streets and art, It’s not so easy to reach by public transport so this was a big reason why we chose this tour. Cannes next- the film festival venue is a rather ugly building but I suppose a good place to take red carpet photos! Walk along the Croisette to the port for better views and there’s a red carpet there for Instagram photos with yachts (if that floats your boat!) Antibes was the last stop- walk along the harbour wall to the Picasso Museum- beautiful views! All in all a great trip and superb value.

Itinerary
Departure from Nice, both elegant and simple, the unofficial capital of the Côte d’Azur. You will admire the famous Promenade des Anglais, running along the curve of the Bay of the Angels, with the numerous beaches and luxurious hotels, including the famous Negresco.
Panoramic views On the way to Eze, we invite you to enjoy the panoramic view of Villefranche over Cap Ferrat, the Bay of Millionaires and its famous villas.
Eze is one of the most picturesque villages on the Côte d'Azur perched as an eagle’s nest on top of an imposing and beautiful cliff at 429 meters above sea level. It will allow you to travel through the medieval times while enjoying breathtaking landscapes on the French Riviera.
You will also have the opportunity to visit the famous perfumery Fragonard and to discover the history of perfume-making from its beginnings to the present day.
While in Monaco, you will enjoy walking across the streets of the old town, to see the Prince’s Palace, the Courthouse and Cathedral, as well as a panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea.
Then we take a drive along the Formula I race circuit to reach the most glamourous section of Monaco, Monte Carlo with its famous casino, world-known Hotel de Paris and Café de Paris.
In Cannes, you will have an opportunity to walk down the famous Croisette, the promenade that became the emblem of Cannes. And you will discover the Palace of Festivals with its red carpet, the home of the famous Cannes Film Festival.
Antibes is one of France’s oldest cities which was founded by Greek merchants in the 5th century and where nowadays the genuine Provencal Market goers and the very rich Yacht-owners meet in one single town. It is one of the most attractive and interesting places to visit on this section of the coast, with all the ingredients you could hope for - an attractive seafront area, historic buildings, and an interesting old town with a traditional market.
Finally, you will discover St Paul de Vence that is certainly one of the most beautiful villages in Provence, recognized for its cultural and artistic note. You will notice that art is very present here, through many workshops or galleries.

Our guide Giorgi was outstanding! He maximized our time to show as much as possible and stopped for some incredible unexpected views along the way. He also showed us some charming corners of Monaco that we would have missed otherwise. It was a memorable day in the Côte d’Azur!
Our tour guide Bruno was fantastic! It was a rainy day but he was funny & charming. He even took us around Monaco in the rain. We had a wonderful time!
Great tour. Picked up early. Bruno was very knowledgeable & knew all the cool spots for photos & great views.
The tour was very nice and packed with activities. I am so glad we booked a small tour as the parking was very convenient versus a large tour bus where you may have to walk farther. I enjoyed Monaco and St Paul. I didn’t care for the perfume tour as the scent was a bit strong for me. But the garden walk and up through the tower was amazing. If I can arrange the schedule I would cancel the perfume tour and spend more time at Cannes. George was very professional and friendly. Very helpful with directions. I would do this again.
Fantastic experience of the Côte d’Azur! I loved everything about this tour! It is a longggg day and you see quite a lot but I truly enjoyed it all (except Cannes. They can get rid of that stop. It was pointless and took away from the time we could have spent elsewhere). Lovely guide (Marion) made it much more enjoyable !
My wife and I had an excellent experience on the Best of the Riviera Full-Day Tour with Giorgi (George). He was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and highly organized. He managed the schedule perfectly, keeping us on time without making us feel rushed. He also shared interesting information, listened carefully, and tailored the experience to our interests. We especially appreciated his excellent restaurant recommendations. Giorgi speaks English, Russian, Ukrainian, French, and Georgian, making him an excellent guide for international travelers. I highly recommend requesting Giorgi if possible. He genuinely cares about his guests and made the tour even better than expected. From: Fred and Florence California, USA
We did the full day trip with our guide Elton. This was a great day - saw many key spots throughout the day. Spectacular scenery. Elton was a very busy guide - translating into English, Portuguese and French throughout the day all the while driving through traffic and keeping our day moving efficiently. Would highly recommend this trip.
An amazing tour IG you want to see beautiful highlights of the French Riviera! Our guide Marion was the best! She was knowledgeable, helpful and very professional!! Gave us recommendations to different places and things to do innNice and the Riviera even after the tour ended!! Definitely ask Marion to be your guide of you take this tour of the French Riviera!
I really enjoyed this experience; was able to see a lot for the day tour. I felt that Sylvie was a very good guide and very knowledgeable, made the trip fun.
This was a thorough and enjoyable visit to the French Riviera. Our driver, George was personable, courteous and knowledgable of the area. He pointed so many sights that we would have missed on our own to to mention the convenience of being driven around in a clean, air conditioned van with a skilled driver. My wife had some ambulation difficulties and George was so kind to enable her to enjoy this tour.
The tour started fine. However, midway through the tour & all the way to the end was when everything went downhill. The guide/driver, Laurent, was so concern about the time & traffic that he even ended up having a shouting match with another driver as we were leaving Cannes. Mind you, this was after EVERYONE who participated in this tour was ON TIME with the scheduled return on each stop. During our stop in St Paul de Vence, we were even waiting for him 5 mins before his set time for us to return. But what left a sour taste in this tour was at the end. He was rushing through the traffic and everyone to leave because acdg to him, it was a 10 hour tour & he was pushing towards the 11th hour & he said, the company only pays him to do 10 hours of work. If this is the case, 1st, the company should not have included too many stops so everything will fit in that 10 hrs including the drive back to Nice. 2nd, you are driving/taking tourist to the spots. What do we know about traffic conditions? He was so upset that we all felt that he just arrived in Nice & started this job 1 week ago because he was so livid with the traffic conditions! We were rush that as we left his van at the end of the tour, he simply shove all our stuff that were at the back of his van & told us that he knew it was ours. As we were going down, we started checking & quickly realized that the shopping bag we pick up belong to the other passenger. We quickly turn around & shouted at him as he was getting back into the van but he completely ignored us. My friend run after his van, tapping the side, calling his name but he just kept driving. Even the people on the sidewalk tap his van because those people knew that we were trying to get his attention. But off he goes! I got his phone number on whatsapp & called him to let him know about the shopping bag switch & that was when he told me that he cannot stop or turn around because he is only paid 10 hrs & he has worked more than that. All this incident including him reminding us repeatedly about the time (even though each & every one of us in that van were all on time) made this a very stressful tour because we were all watching the time instead of enjoying the view & places we were supposed to be visiting!
We had a fantastic day. Elizabeth our guide made the trip so enjoyable- she had so much energy and her conversations were so interesting.
We had a lovely day! He was great showing us the highlights and insights as he was born and raised here. It’s a long day, but good.
Covered few places and they took one person for half day tour and had to stop back at nice again . Lost 40 minutes there . The driver wanted to cover the time and get home quickly . He rushed the rest of the tour . No lunch break . Overall covers a lot of things but quickly and does not get to see
Van was too small for 9 passengers, claustrophobic and difficult to get into the back seat where we were. Driver told the trip might take 12 hours instead of the 9 advertised b/c of holiday weekend traffic. Given cramped seating, we exited after 15 minutes while we could. No refund.
The tour is a must do! Giorgi really enjoys sharing all he knows. Very professional, nice, and kind
We did the full day trip of the French Riviera when visiting Nice for a short stay. We were picked up at our hotel on time in a lovely mini bus with about five other people on the tour. We had a lovely guide called Giorgi who couldn’t have been more helpful or enthusiastic all day, he really made the trip for us. Highly recommend the tour.
Such a great trip and fitted so much in one day!! This is a great trip if you don't have a lot of time. Thanks for making the day good fun Flo ☺️ Thanks would recommend this trip 😃
Rym was our tour guide and she was exceptional. She was friendly, kind, and took care of us every second of the day.
Rafael is a ‘5 stars’ professional guide; knowledgeable, interesting, flexible, a good communicator, intelligent, and handsome!
We saw so many amazing views today! It was a little fast paced, but we saw so much! Highly recommend this!!
Tour was excellent. Laurent was our tour guide and he did a fabulous job! He was a good driver and provided us with the history of the region and explained well how much time we had and where to meet. So many stops for various viewpoints and towns. Saw so much in one day with ample time in each spot. The tour was nice because if you liked a certain spot, could always go back another time. Was nice to get a taste of so many different areas. We were even traveling with our 6 year old son and he enjoyed himself too. Great tour!
Wonderful experience, Raphael was very knowledgeable and funny!
Thank you Rym for the fantastic day! My mum and I enjoyed every minute of it. We have seen, visited en experienced so much. The group was also fun and very international with a lot of laughs. The van is luxurious with a great driver.
This is a wonderful tour. Our guide Rym was very informative and a tremendous driver. She guided us and was very precise about where she dropped us off and where we would meet to go to our next stop. She really made this tour very fun, and my wife and I were very appreciative of the care she took with everyone in our group.
This tour was the best. We wanted to see the French Riviera without the hassle of trains trams and buses… We found it with this full day tour. This tour was the easy button for us. We were able to decide where we wanted to spend the little extra time we had on our other days in the area. Mr. Ben was a great guide. He was good to us, he made the tour fantastic. Thank you Ben. Don’t hesitate to book with Ben and his colleagues.
If you are pressed for time, this tour packs a lot of the French Riveria into a single day. The tour was informative and entertaining and, although we we on the move constantly, our site visits never felt unduly rushed. The credit for this goes to our skilled driver and guide, Laurent. He kept us all engaged and on pace while simultateously dealing with one partilarly demanding member of out group with sensitivity and grace. We could not recommend this tour more highly. It offers exceptional value.
The trip was amazing covering many locations in a day. Our tour guide from Happy Riviera was very helpful and accommodating. He kept us all on schedule so we can follow the plan to see many places. Highly recommended to anyone who has a day to explore Nice and Monte Carlo.
I have given only 3 stars for this trip as the places have been beautiful but the tour guide, called Ben has completely ruined it for us. After a few view points at Nice and Villefranche-sur-Mer, we went to the perfumery. We had a lovely tour by one of the worker there, then half an hour in, the tour guide came after us and said we only had a few minutes. Fair enough, but as we haven't been told what time he wants us outside, we asked him to say each place we went to, how long we have and what time he wants us back to the minibus. From this point, he kept saying to us we are very late. We didn't understand why the rush, as there were lots of time allocated to each town, according to the Tripadvisor itinerary. And that was a MASSIVE problem. Tripadvisor dedicated the following; - Eze and perfumery 60 and 60 mins - We had max an hour in total - Monaco-Ville 90 mins - We had about half an hour, a real rush with this one - Monte-Carlo - 60 mins - We were given 20 minutes - Antibes 60 minutes - We were there 30 mins - Cannes 90 minutes - We had 20 minutes, trying to rush to the Carlton hotel and back to the minibus St Paul De Vence 90 minutes - We had 20 minutes Overall, we were rushing all day. We had 2 other ladies form Los Angeles and we all started to complain at the end of our trip that this is not right. Furthermore, they had different times scheduled, not matching with ours. Plus, no time for lunch. I don't know how on earth he thought that we are still not going to be hungry by 3pm. I had to eat something very quickly at Antibes, but no time for sitting down. Unfortunately, he also shouted to someone on his mobile to numerous times which made us very uncomfortable on the way to the palace in Monaco, plus he had an argument with a lady tour guide at the lift very loudly, again we felt uncomfortable. Although, I am not sure who was right in that situation as we arrived back to the lift and they were already arguing. We have specifically chosen this pack from Tripadvisor as there were more time allocated to each place. It seems that the packs advertised on the website have been mixed, but we paid the more expensive price, 110 GBP per each. Tripadvisor you need to change the listing.
This was one of the most comprehensive day trips I have ever been on (and I have visited 34 European countries). Dennis did an exceptional job of both driving and narrating! He was always safety-conscious and gave us great tourist tips at each stop. We fit SO much into just one day! I still can’t believe how many beautiful places we got to visit! Thanks so much for an awesome day!
The tour was great , well worth it. The tour guide Giorgi was an excellent tour guide and safe and good driver. He points out interesting /attractions along the way and go the extra mile for everyone.
We were impressed with how much we saw in one day. George was a great driver and got us to the palace in time to see the changing of the guards in Monaco
Raphael was absolutely fantastic. We had an amazing day and he made a real effort to accompany us with our little 1.5 year old child. Highly recommended!
Good overall experience although sometimes rushed and not much time spent in each location, only 15mins in Monte Carlo & Cannes just over an hour in Monaco
Good tour. Covered all the highlights. Our guide was good. Parking is challenging and he did an excellent job.
It was an enjoyable trip though hectic. Beautiful places we saw & the drive was picturesque. The driver cum Guide spoke well giving all necessary information but his speech was a little too fast for us to follow everything he said. On the whole trip worth taking.
What a great day on the riviera. We were blessed with good weather, and the guide, Raphael, was exceptionally good, knowledgeable and extremely punctual. It was impressive how well Raphael knows the history of all the places on the French Riviera. He is fluent in many languages. My highest recommendation.
Raphael, our guide, was perfect, kind and helpful. The sights and the routes were really nice, as expected. Staying at the sights was not always as described, maybe due to traffic in some routes. The mini van was nice but not so spacy for 7 passengers.
What a great day! Tour covered all the major sites. Spectacular! Tour guide, Miriam, was great to travel with. She was very knowledgeable and generous with her time. Highly recommend this tour. Thank you Miriam.
We had been to Nice and Riviera four or five times in the past but it was out friend’s first time. A full day of the Riviera highlights. Our friend was most impressed but our guide, Jeff, still surprised us too. What good company he was, full of knowledge and humour.
Our private tour with Daniel was fabulous. He went above & beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. His knowledge & friendly demeanur added to our total experience He was a credit to his company.
amazing staff, very helpful people from company, they care about their customers and always try to look after their customers
Very personal relax atmosphere with 8 people. The driver picks you at your Hotel which made it less stressful. Rhym was great about explaining details of the history as well as giving directions to get to and from different areas. The views were amazing. Definitely will use your services again.
Catia was our tour guide and she was excellent. She gave us great advice on what to see and where to go in each of the areas. You don't spent a lot of time in some of the towns, but there is not a lot to see in some of them, so it was enough time to see what was important.
Excellent trip with a wonderful guide - Dennis ,well informative , funny and a nice person . It’s a full day journey covering the French Riviera. Monaco was good experience . Guide provided each and every information required .tour started on time and drop off around 6pm as per the details provided in the tour description .
I can’t imagine a better tour to see all the things in the French Riviera! Otilia our guide was amazing and knew all the right picture spots and how to navigate the various towns. This was nearly a 12-hour day but we loved every minute!! Book now!
to accompany failed to confirm a time that we were meant to be picked up . We left the many messages. There was no communications until someone knocked on our door early in the morning wanting to pick us up. We found the tour rushed. We weren’t able to have a look around properly at any of the places we stopped. It was difficult to see out of the vehicle. When you’re sitting in the middle. I saw a lot of grass. It was a long day. The guide was pleasant and informative, but it was so rushed. It was unpleasant. The descriptions in the brochure for this tour said that we would be stopping for an hour to an hour and a half at each stop a lot of the stops. We stopped for 10 minutes or 30 to 40 minutes often times I could barely reach the destination by foot in that time so turned around halfway through it was a disappointing experience. what’s the trips took us to the places highlighted in the description? Adequate time? Was not allowed to see or get a feel for these places.
We had an awesome experience with our guide and driver Rafael who was very professional in both guiding and driving during the full day excursion. We enjoyed it a lot. A+ service . Highly recommended.
Very good tour. Saw so many places. Jam-packed with information. Dennis was a fantastic guide and very friendly and he kept all of our group to a tight schedule
