Amazing experience the staff and service was extremely kind. They gave me recommendations on where to go around Nice which was great for me and friends. The pool and bar was relaxing and the rooms were gorgeous. The AC was a great feature and the rooms/bathrooms were very very clean. They all speak Spanish English and French, and probably more. Highly recommend to stay here
We had a family junior room which included 2 larger beds for 4 people, it was great and comfortable with full length balconies on 4th floor had a great view of the neighborhood. The team at the hotel was wonderful and tentative. Two minutes walking by to train station which made it easier to go to various surrounding cities Menton, Monte Carlo, Ventimiglia etc. Also local shops walking distance, laundry mat saved ourselves with 2 weeks worth of clothes. Highly recommend.

The property itself is beautiful, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional level of service provided by the entire team. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect of our stay, assisting with our luggage, safely storing our belongings, and making sure we felt comfortable and well looked after at all times. A special mention must go to Alexander at Reception, who was absolutely exceptional. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to assist with anything we needed truly stood out and made a lasting impression. That said, every member of the team was fantastic, and the high standard of service was consistent throughout the hotel. The staff also provided excellent local recommendations, including a wonderful nearby restaurant where we enjoyed a beautiful dinner. Their knowledge of the area and genuine desire to help enhanced our entire experience. It is rare to find a hotel where the service not only meets expectations but exceeds them in every way. The warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail shown by the whole team created a memorable and seamless stay. A heartfelt thank you to Alexander and all the staff for their outstanding hospitality. We had a wonderful stay here! The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. The service was excellent and the staff was super friendly! Location is only a 3 min walk to the Nice-Ville train station and maybe a 15-20 min walk to promenade de anglais. Perfect stay!
Had a lovely time in this hotel and were very well looked after by the staff. We spent a little more and were rewarded with a deluxe room with a balcony. Below which was a small swimming pool and seated area which was little used and a bar that was never open (drinks could be bought from reception). Breakfast was continental and plentiful while the free teas, coffee and water in the terrace room was a nice touch. The hotel is located by the station, and so perfect for travelling around the wonderful French Riviera by train, although 30 minutes walk to the old town which is the best part of the lovely city of Nice. That said it’s only 12 minutes to the sea and a walk along the promenade. All said I would absolutely recommend this excellent hotel
