I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Boscolo Exedra Nice. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located in the heart of Nice. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh food, and the spa and pool were fantastic for relaxing. Overall, it was a luxurious and memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nice and would definitely stay here again!
I don’t know how this hotel can call itself a five star hotel. The rooms are not as described. There is no privacy in the bathroom - simple curtains separate rooms. Hallways are dark. They only provide you with 2 bath towels. Again- not 5 star! Rooms were not cleaned by housekeeping. You have to beg for water. The 2 daily plastic bottles were not replaced and when we asked for more, management came to our room at 1am to see first-hand if in fact said bottles were missing from our fridge. If Hotel Boscolo staff is reading this (doubtful), just refund me. Thank God we spent more time outside only to question what fresh slice of hell awaited us in our room. Again, this should be a 3-star hotel at best. Don’t book here.
The hotel was good and in a great location. The breakfast was very good as well. However, there were issues at the reception desk that were serious enough to ruin your vacation.
We booked and prepaid for a room for two nights, and this was confirmed at check-in. However, the following day, while we were in Monaco, we received a phone call in a rather rude and offensive tone, telling us that we should have already checked out of the room. It took considerable discussion before they finally realized their mistake. In the end, all we received was a simple apology.
We had a wonderful stay at Boscolo Hotel in Nice! The staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooftop views were beautiful, restaurants had great food and our room and bed were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked great as well and we could walk to the beach and old town. Would recommend!

The dining experience was equally impressive. With such a variety of restaurant options, every meal felt like a new experience—beautifully prepared, flavorful, and memorable.
This hotel delivers on every level: location, service, and overall experience. We felt taken care of from the moment we arrived to the moment we left.
