The hotel’s location was absolutely perfect, which was definitely its biggest advantage. However, the experience at reception with Martina was extremely disappointing. Her attitude was unpleasant, and her lack of professionalism left a very bad impression. When staying at a hotel, the least you expect is to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, this experience negatively affected my overall stay despite the excellent location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as the quality of customer service is just as important as the location of the hotel.

My wife and I arrived at the hotel from Monaco - just more destinations and excursions leaving from Chicago- to be hosted by one of the best front desk hosts I have encountered through my travels in the last 45 years. Julien was very nice, polite and extremely accommodating with a big smile that never left his face. The next day we met Fabrizio and Abdel who were nice as well. The place looked wonderful, clean and organised. Being a general contractor and owner of few other businesses who took an early retirement so I can enjoy the rest of my life with my wife we decided to travel around from Chicago. That did not, does not or will ever stop me from noticing defects and flaws in businesses when I see them. Employees are supposed to deliver what they're asked to do and the hosts at the Best Western Plus definitely did that and delivered to the max. Turning air conditioners on starting mid May, that's hierarchy administration and franchisee decision. We stayed there for one night on April 11th, and it happened to be a hotter night than expected; We couldn't turn the air conditioner on because it's not " the season yet". That's hierarchy administrative decision. The room was well cleaned up, organized and ready for us. I strongly recommend Best Western Plus Hotel in Nice and hope you get Julien for your host.
Lovely hotel as a base for exploring Nuce and the surrounding area. Rooms and bathroom very clean and comfy bed. Lovely self service breakfast ranging from eggs and bacon to fruit, yoghurt, pastries and unlimited coffee and fruit juice.
This is a great hotel and the location is right for a longer stay where you want to be able to access the train station easily for day trips. Rooms are comfortable and come with tea/coffee making facilities. But if you're here for a short stay, there is little voice in the way of restaurant BTS if you want to eat authentic cuisine (I recommend Gusti). It's an easy walk to the Old Town at about 25 minutes along mainly flat roads. You can have breakfast at the hotel.
I don’t even know where to start. First the lady at the reception not to even mention, Called the room at 11:59 AM talking like I owe her something telling me You need to leave the room at 12:00 PM. The rooms we were given was so small that you can’t even change pants in the Bathroom and only 1 person fits there, Bathroom door handle broken, Hair dryer Turns off after 15 Second use you need to wait the the machine to cool down. AC Not functional. Closet and floor side Wood broken, Room door is from a million years ago. Staff helpful team but some of them give you attitude. Shower Halfway not working to switch, Water getting stuck and ran out all the way to the room carpet. Was told we can’t switch your room for the night we are fully booked. The lady at the reception told us don’t let your dog to just walk around the hotel without Dog leash, I can just go on, This is certainly not Best Western Minimum Standard. This hotel needs urgent Renovation like yesterday. Was the first and last time staying there.
