It was great, the staff was cheerful and enthusiastic, the massage was great and very satisfying. If I travel to Nha Trang again, I will spend a day there. After the massage, each person got a cup of hot tea and a bowl of fruit (watermelon and mango) which was extremely cool and delicious.

I got a family massage service. My 5th grade boy, who initially said he wouldn't get one, got his first massage and said it was really good. It was a customized massage and the facility was quite clean. Everything from the welcome tea to the shaved ice at the end was great. Thank you🙏🏻

It was a really satisfying massage. I was able to relieve the fatigue of the day well, and thanks to the front desk staff who spoke good English and the masseuse who could speak Korean, I was able to get a good massage in the area I wanted. Recommended for couples to come!

My experience at the massage parlor wasn't as pleasant as I'd like. The massage I got left a lot to be desired. The masseuse's nails were not cut, adding to the pain and discomfort of the procedure. Besides, the towels that were being used to cover my face didn't look entirely fresh and I decided to forgo that part of the service. My application form clearly stated that I only needed a foot and thigh massage, but at the end of the session, the masseuse decided to extend the procedure to my shoulders and back, and placed hot towels around my neck, which was not my wish and caused me to become nauseous. My greatest concern was the health of the employees. Throughout the session, the masseuse often coughed and it was obvious that she lacked sick time. I was very worried that the masseuse would give me a cold. This created an unpleasant impression and raised doubts about the observance of health standards. Because of this experience, I decided not to visit this salon again.

Very attentive staff. Massaging for 90 minutes was probably the most effective and enjoyable thing I've ever done. The strength was what it took, all the body parts worked well, it didn't hurt. And not negligent! That's a nice price. For two, 1.3 million dong (4,500 rubles approximately) was paid. Thank you! Come again!

The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. The receptionists and staff were very good at speaking English, writing up to the details, asking about the aromatic oils we prefer, the areas we want to focus, the pressure levels we want. The massage itself was really outstanding. The massagers provided a professional and perfect balance of relaxation and therapeutic touch. My wife and I were almost asleep, which shows the quality of the massage. What I was especially grateful for was that the massagers were focused and there was no conversation, which added a real experience. While the price is a bit high, it is absolutely worthwhile considering the level of service and relaxation offered. We left in a completely rechargeable mood and will definitely visit again the next time we visit Natra.
