Nha Trang: Half-day Trip To Most Symbolic Destinations

Had a great time with Tea, the driver and the others in my tour group. The half day tour was a good introduction to Nha Trang and finished it off with pho for lunch

We had a group of 6 adults that took the tour and it was the perfect for us as we wanted to visit a few places around the city without also spending an entire day given our short stay in Nha Trang. The pace of the tour felt just right with the amount of time spent at each place. We were able to follow along and learn while having independent time to explore. Our tour guide Jimmy Diem was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. He went above and beyond ensuring our family had photos taken throughout the tour at each site. When our Grab driver dropped us off at the wrong meeting location, Jimmy waited and helped navigate to ensure we were not left behind. He even helped accommodate a last minute dietary request which we forgot to add in our booking. If you are interested in a simple tour and easy transportation to each site, I recommend booking this.

Jimmy was an excellent guide, his knowledge was great. He told us stories at every attraction. He was polite and understanding to our needs. The tour was a great experience, we saw things that were truly amazing. I particularly like the hand grab in rock at Hon Chong. The drivers were polite too.

The half day tour of Nha Trang was interesting and took us to places we would have missed during our trip. Our guide Jimmy was great! He was knowledgeable and friendly.

We learned so much about Nha Trang, Culture, Agarwood, History, Food, etc. Every place we visited from the Institute of Oceanography, Hon Chong, Cathedral, Po Nagar Cham Towers was so insightful and beautiful. Today I had a tour with Jimmy Diem,he was knowledgeable in regards to educating us about Nha Trangs history, marine life plus more. Jimmy was kind, helpful,fun and extremely engaging.It was a small group which I loved.The Pho was best i've had in my 6 weeks of travelling Vietnam.I would highly recommend this tour and hopefully you get Jimmy to guide you !

It’s a great experience as it covers most of must see in Nha Trang. The tour guide is professional, friendly and courteous. Thế lunch was delicious. The low points are a bit too crowded and traffics due to the holiday. Our drivers managed the traffic very well.

What a lovely experience. We saw many places you wouldn't normally see as a solo tourist. Our guide, Chimmy, was very knowledgeable about the history of the Nha Trang region, particularly about the Champa people. Our lunch together was at a local restaurant and authentic. I throughly recommend this trip for those who want more than just the beach life. He also told. Of more places of cultural significance to visit which was useful.

This is a nice, well-paced guided tour of four iconic sites in Nha Trang. There was a good balance between guided narration and time to explore each site on our own. We arrived at Hon Chong in time to attend a demonstration of traditional Vietnamese musical instruments. The music was beautiful. The pho served at lunch was delicious! We are especially grateful for having Jimmy as our guide. He was very professional, knew the best spots and moments for taking pictures, and provided useful information. What we enjoyed most were his insights about Vietnamese life and culture. We had a great time, and feel that our understanding and appreciation of Vietnam have grown because of Jimmy. Our only recommendation to the company is to alot a bit less time to the Museum of Oceanography and to include Long Son pagoda in the itinerary.

It was exciting to see a temple built in 700s. They have maintained really well. You should avoid wearing shorts while visiting the main deity. They give robes to the ones who are wearing shorts. Very good scope for photography. Their museum says a lot about the Cham people and their beliefs. It’s a must see if you visit Nha Trang. Historians and archeologists should visit this temple and say the connection between south India and Vietnam.

Excellent remnanants of hindu temple-towers. Four renovated towers. Mosr visited attraction in the city. Worth visiting.

I had an amazing experience on the Nha Trang city tour. Our guide, Jimmy Diem, was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He spoke English very clearly and confidently, which made the entire tour easy to understand and enjoy. Jimmy explained the history and culture of Nha Trang in a very engaging way, and he always made sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time. He was also very attentive and patient, answering all of our questions with a smile. You could really feel that he genuinely cares about the people he guides. The group I toured with was also wonderful. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and fun, which made the experience even more special. It felt less like a typical tour and more like traveling with new friends. Thanks to this great experience, I am sure that I will come back to Nha Trang again, and next time I will definitely bring my friends with me. A very pleasant and informative tour of the cities main destinations. Our guide Trung, organised and took care of everything. He helped us wherever needed along the way. He showed us the correct way to mix the bean shoots herbs and sauces to the popular beef noodle dish to make it extra good, which it was.

Did my tour with Jimmy Diem and he was fantastic - i learned so much history in that 4 hour tour (things i would have not known if i had just visited the places alone). So good to learn about Nha Trang and Vietnam as a whole. Loved it. Such a fun time and great decision to book this tour. It is relatively cheap so i think people should do it.

Wonderful day trip to some of Nha Trang's iconic sites. Jimmy, our tour guide, was very professional and knowledgeable. Provided interesting insight and history on each site visited. Tour ended with local Vietnamese lunch of beef soup, we loved it, so tasty and fresh. Overall a great experience.

Hung, our guide, who normally works the snorkeling tour, was a fantastic guide. He took great care of all the people on the tour. There was heavy rain that day and he made sure to assist and keep everyone, especially the elderly, and children safe walking around. I was dropped off on the other side of the street from the Tram Huong tower (the pick up spot) by my taxi and I could cross the street due to street flooding. I messaged through Viator that I could not meet at the pickup spot and my tour guide made the effort of finding me inside of a restaurant so that I wouldn’t miss the tour. He also went to another restaurant to get me lunch since I don’t eat beef. And he also found me a taxi to take me back to my resort after the tour. Talk about going above & beyond expectations! He is incredibly valuable to your tour company so please take good care of him. And our bus driver was also great & kept us all safe.

Robbie was our tour guide and he was really informative and friendly. Learned a lot about the culture. Also went out to eat later, the pho spot was really good, and packed!

Our trip was re-arranged to 12.30pm pick-up at the request of "Robbie" due to the late arrival of 8 No booked Indian guests. Pick-up was still 30 mins late and the trip ended up a little rushed at the end with us not able to enter Stone Church as this was closed to the public by the time we arrived. Mini van was noisy with lots of loud chatter and laughing from the Indian guests. Robbie did his very best under the situation and is a really good guide giving lots of information at each destination but unfortunately it was the other 8 guests that were tardy and disruptive making it a little less enjoyable. Would recommend the trip but morning pick-up is much better as more time is available at each destination. Still managed to enjoy what we saw, thanks again Robbie

Fantastic day tour of the main attractions in Nha Trang. Hotel pick-up was arranged and the transport was very comfortable. Our guide Robbie was excellent throughout the trip and provided information on each of the places that we visited. The tour was finished with a lunch in a local restaurant that was very good. We were only two tourists for the tour. The other tourist requested for chicken for lunch, and I don't eat chicken. Initially the tour guide tried to convince me to eat only rice and when I said no, he took us to the chicken place and brought seafood noodles for me from some shabby place. I told him very clearly that I can only eat fish/shrimp but the noodles had chopped lobster meat and the shrimp wasn't cleaned at all. When I told him I cannot eat this food he dint even offer me the alternative.

This is a must to do tour if it’s your first time visiting Nha Trang. You will be visiting 4 iconic places, and each has its own unique style. I got a few wonderful pictures to commemorate the occasion. It’s not too much walking, so anyone can enjoy this tour.

The guide has a lot of knowledge about Nha Trang, tells you a lot of knowledge, and moves with an appropriate schedule. The rice noodles I had at lunch were the best rice noodles I had in Nha Trang.

The historic buildings your and the history being these buildings in Nga Trang were very interesting and informative. The guide was friendly and had a wealth of knowledge about the 4 buildings he showed me. He was also available to answer questions I had about the various exhibits. It's a tour well worth taking as it offers insights into the Vietnamese history and culture. Thank you Jimmy.

Amazing guide and great half a day tour! The husband and wife rocks have amazing view for the sea. Note that its very hot, so bring hat, water, and sunscreen with you.

Jimmy was a great guide. It was me and one other person on the tour. Turns out we went to the same university! Anyway it was a perfect amount of time and the lunch was very good.

The places are amazing and the route is highly recommended but the best was our guide, the explanation and the kindness.

Super fast, it took us less than 2 hours for the whole trip. The guide kept looking at his clocks and hurry us all the time. My bf is Vietnamese and guy has talked to him in Vietnamese only. Less that 5% of information was provided in English (very poor English actually)

Po Nagar Tower is the most beautiful place and it is easily accessible from Nha Trang city. The impressive towers built between the 7th and 12th centuries are very popular. The towers are quite majestic.
