The hotel and restaurant were much better than I expected.The view was amazing,and the balcony was beautiful, spacious, and airy. Especially Binh and Tham we're very friendly, enthusiastic in their service. I will definitely come back again.
The room was very nice. Hảo was very pleasant in the breakfast dining room. my wife was not feeling well, so she offered her some ginger tea that helped a lot. The head chef was very pleasant, also. He knows who arrived at the egg station First?And handle it very well. the reason I said that because people was trying to cut in line and he was serving first come first serve, which is awesome. Thao at the reception desk was very helpful and friendly.
I had a wonderful stay at Xavia Hotel! One of the highlights of my trip was definitely the buffet restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. The restaurant staff were also amazing—very friendly, attentive, and professional. They always greeted guests with warm smiles and made sure everything was perfect. Ms Binh was very friendly and professional, communicating clearly and kindly when asking about my breakfast experience. If you stay at Xavia Hotel, I highly recommend trying the buffet restaurant. Great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere made my stay truly memorable!
We stayed at Xavia Hotel and were absolutely delighted with our experience! We loved everything. We were traveling with a small child, and the hotel turned out to be very comfortable and well suited for family stays. The hotel is not located in the city center, and this is a huge advantage — the city is noisy 24/7, while here it is quiet, peaceful, and truly relaxing. At the same time, the beach is very close, and there are almost no people, which is quite rare for Nha Trang. From our 18th-floor room, we had a stunning view, and at night we slept with the window open, listening to the sound of the sea — it was simply magical. Special thanks to the hotel staff. It feels like all the kindest, most pleasant, and most smiling people in Vietnam work at this hotel. Their attentiveness and friendliness are exactly what you truly appreciate, especially when traveling with a child. We were extremely impressed with the hotel! Thank you so much! I had a really pleasant stay at Xavia Hotel in Nha Trang. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well located, making it very convenient to get around and enjoy the city. I would especially like to thank Ms. Thảo and Ms. Quyên at the front desk. They were very friendly, patient, and helpful throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, they always greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed. I also want to give a big thank you to Mr. Duy, who helped with the luggage. He was polite, quick, and very kind, which made arriving and leaving the hotel much easier. Overall, the staff made a great impression on me, and their hospitality really stood out. I would definitely stay at Xavia Hotel again and recommend it to anyone visiting Nha Trang.
