Excellent Stay at Virgo Hotel – Special Thanks to Manager Andy My wife and I stayed at the Virgo Hotel in Nha Trang, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a great location, with friendly staff who always greeted us with a smile. What made our stay truly exceptional was the outstanding support from Manager Andy. During our stay, we encountered an unexpected immigration and visa-related issue. Although it was completely unrelated to the hotel, Andy went far beyond his responsibilities to help us. Despite his busy schedule, he took the time to communicate with the Immigration Office, visited the office to follow up on our case, explained the situation on our behalf, and kept us informed throughout the process. His professionalism, kindness, patience, and genuine care gave us great comfort during a very stressful time. I have traveled to many countries over the years, but it is rare to meet a hotel manager who is so dedicated to helping guests beyond what is expected. Thank you, Andy, for your outstanding hospitality and your sincere kindness. I highly recommend Virgo Hotel to anyone visiting Nha Trang. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. Very dirty, the bathroom stinks and you ca not close the balcony door tight. So because of the noise you will not sleep. Is this what you expect from a 5star hotel? And if you want to go to your room , expect to wait min. 5minutes for the elevator update: moldy and very dirty

Location is perfect for going everywhere! This was the second visit and the view from the room was so cool😎 Every staff was so paying close attention and considerate. Especially Vo van si and Thanh nguyen, they were so special😻 They helped in many ways while I was staying here for ten days☀️

Stayed 3 weeks here. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Rooms are big and comfortable. Nice pool / relax area with sea view. My only criticism would be to invest more in the gym facilities especially add AC system.
