The hotel staff are friendly, and I like that I can store my luggage for free even after checking out! The hotel is located in downtown Nha Trang, so it is convenient to get around.

The hotel is not directly on the beachfront, but it is only one block inland, so walking to the beach was very convenient. The reception staff in the lobby were especially friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel and room were very clean, and the indoor temperature was comfortable, which made the stay very pleasant. Overall, I was very satisfied with the location, cleanliness, and service. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Nha Trang.

Every request was handled quickly and with great care, and they always made sure I was comfortable. Their positive attitude and genuine kindness created a welcoming atmosphere that made my experience even better. I highly appreciate their dedication and excellent customer service.

Decent hotel, rooms are clean enough, location is great and close enough to the beach. Breakfast offering isnt too big but served fresh and changed frequently with quality ingredients. They even serve mangoes which is rare. Some ppl observed using bare hands to grab food and mgtmnt needs to be strict on this behavior. Gym is very small, enough for 2-3 ppl to use, but has adequate weight and even has smith machine. Handles for the cable needs to be replaced though as they are cracked. No ac but tolerable w fan inside. Swimming pool needs attention, lots of dead skins floating around and even thick white “floaters.” I havent seen a single person rinse off their body before going into the pool…sad. Steam sauna is free and is greatly appreciated.
