Amazing hotel! I had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with many choices. The location was also very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

A Heartfelt 5-Star Review for TTC Michelia Nha Trang ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unforgettable stay — TTC Michelia truly feels like home! We are a family of 8 who came to Nha Trang and stayed at TTC Michelia for 18 wonderful days. Our group included seniors as well as children of different ages. Traveling with both young children and seniors can sometimes be challenging, but the entire TTC team made our stay incredibly comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. Rooms are cleans and roomy with spectacular view. Breakfast has wide selection with tasty food and drinks. Hotel is located at a very safe and central area which is close to everything that you need. Beach is in minutes walking distance across the street. From the very first day until the day we left, we were surrounded by warmth, kindness, care, and genuine hospitality. Every day at TTC felt peaceful and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to help us whenever we needed anything, and we truly felt that they cared about our family. Words cannot fully express how grateful we are to everyone at TTC Michelia. TTC will always be our first and only choice whenever we return to Nha Trang. Starting with the room, we payed extra for a king bed they didn’t give us a king bed and we had to ask them 6 times to push the beds together. Electrical work was terrible, lights didn’t make sense and when we told them that the aircon didn’t work they said “not our problem”. The balcony also has no handle so very easy to get stuck outside. If you are a Russian, you will have a good times here. Other ways if you are not the service is horrible, on multiple occasions they prioritised Russians over us for example we payed for a buffet at the hotel and 10 minutes in group came in and made us move even though the tables didn’t have any specific seating and took over the whole buffet and when we complained they didn’t care. There is also a very nice pool there and since we went during a heat wave we would have liked to go to the pool but every time we went down there were no towels and we weren’t allowed to bring our own. The part they owned on the beach was very disappointing, it was 300m down the beach and only a hand full of chairs in a part where the beach wasn’t the best.

Our experience was not great, our door was sticking so bad we had to bump it hardtop open, cleaning of the room was bad, we had come cold rink in a glass and they didn't clean it for 2 days, we cleaned it ourself as it was full of ants. The bedding had holes in it and the towel we got given to use at the pool and then the next day at the beach had a big rip in it. The food was actually very nice and Mr Lee and the pool were great too but that was it.
