Absolutely Not Recommended – Poor Cleaning and Terrible Customer Service Unfortunately, my stay at TND Hotel Nha Trang was a very disappointing experience. In my opinion, both the cleanliness and the way the hotel handles complaints are completely unacceptable. Despite calling reception several times every day and repeatedly asking for my room to be cleaned properly, nothing improved. Even after leaving a generous tip for the cleaning lady, the room was still not cleaned thoroughly. At best, the towels were changed. There were still hairs on the bathroom floor, as well as stains and dirt left behind by previous guests. This is simply unacceptable for a hotel. Even more disappointing was the way my complaints were handled. Whenever I asked to speak to the manager, I was told that the manager was not available. Day after day, there seemed to be nobody present who was willing to take responsibility or address the problem. The staff were not even prepared to have a proper conversation about my complaint. To make matters worse, communication in English was extremely difficult, which made resolving the situation even more frustrating. I gave the hotel several opportunities to correct these problems, but unfortunately, nothing changed. When a guest has to repeatedly call reception to request basic cleaning and still receives no proper service, something is seriously wrong with the hotel's management and organization. My conclusion: I cannot recommend TND Hotel Nha Trang, and I would definitely never book this hotel again. The poor cleanliness, the unacceptable handling of complaints, and the lack of customer service made this a very negative experience.

We had an amazing stay at TND Nha Trang Hotel, and they truly saved our holiday! After a horrible experience at another self-proclaimed 4-star hotel—where the room looked nothing like the photos and the staff rudely refused to help us because we booked via Agoda—we canceled and moved here. What a massive upgrade! We arrived early at 12:00 PM, and the receptionist went completely out of their way to rush the cleaning so we could check in an hour ahead of the official 2:00 PM time. Their warm welcome instantly lifted our mood. The Deluxe Room was huge (40m²), spotlessly clean, and featured a massive bathroom with a giant bathtub. Breakfast was also fantastic, with great food accompanied by lovely, soft background music. We absolutely loved this hotel and are already looking forward to returning for the New Year event!

The staff is friendly and well-intentioned, the rooms quite spacious and the pool larger than average in Nha Trang. The gym isn’t great but you can get a workout… as for the breakfast you’ll surely find something to eat but it’s below average for similar hotels. Cleanliness should be improved. In one of the rooms, the bathroom had a dirty, moldy shower curtain and in the other, well let’s just say the sliding door, toilet seat, bathtub and shower head all have seen better days. Hair here and there… we did get a few bad towels with coloured marks on them, like lipstick. These were quickly replaced, though. When showering the floor gets wet as there is no cover from the tub, of course quite common in SEA overall but not really in Nha Trang. The TV, although dated and slow, supports Netflix and Youtube which is nice but the wifi is poor… so is soundproofing, both in between rooms and for noise from the outside (school out back and traffic out front). In fairness, noise from other rooms was only a real issue one night when a big group of Vietnamese guests spent the night there and the staff did manage to put an end to it by midnight at least. The refrigerator is useless.

Spacious but it’s the only positive thing. Bathrooms are dirty and they don’t clean bathtubs properly too. We had to wash them ourselves, ridiculous. Drain in the bathroom is clogged and it’s widespread among all the rooms in the hotel. They can’t unclog them despite how hard you ask. Also to have hot water you need to wait for ages and it’s not guaranteed. Mold at all the corners in the bathroom as a welcome gift. Highly recommend to look for something newer and better.
