Lush greeney and beautiful lawns. Peaceful and quite, the beach is absolutely stunning. Breakfast was so delicious with a variety of choices. The food at Lang Viet restaurant was not that great for the price. But still a lovely experience

An absolutely fantastic accommodation with extremely friendly staff—a 100% satisfying place to stay. The room condition, the food at the restaurant, the numerous photo zones within the property, and the well-maintained swimming pool were all perfect. Above all, the kindness, attentive care, and management by the receptionist (Min) were simply wonderful. Thanks to Min, all bookings were made quickly and smoothly, and communication was effortless thanks to excellent English skills. 100% will visit again!
I just want to say wow! This resort is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend it. I came with my girlfriend for vacation. To start, the resort is beautiful. There is so much green and aesthetic decorations that really make you feel relaxed right away. The pools are very clean and relaxing and there are three to choose from. The rooms were very spacious and clean, beds are comfortable, and come with a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the warm weather and views. The breakfast as well as the restaurants on the property were so so good, the quality of the food is fantastic with the Vietnamese restaurant personally being my favorite and having great views of the beach. The beach was private so it wasn’t crowded at all and the water was great! Lastly, the staff were on top of it! All were very friendly, caring and accommodating making every part of stay better. I want to give a shoutout the employees Mi and Laurent. Thank you for everything! Again, cant recommend enough!
This is the first time I have ever written a negative Google review for any hotel, resort, or business, even though I have had bad experiences before. However, my stay at The Anam Cam Ranh was so disappointing that I feel I have to share it. I booked 3 nights at the resort, but after just 1 night, my family and I decided to check out early and leave, even though it meant losing the money for the remaining 2 nights. The service and overall experience were simply unacceptable for a resort in this price range. The poor experience started from the airport pick-up. The hotel driver did not greet us, did not say anything, and there was no water, no cold towel, and no welcoming gesture at all. It did not feel like the arrival experience of a high-end resort. When we arrived and checked in, the room was not as clean as expected. The private pool also looked dirty and had not been properly cleaned. Inside the room, there were three jars meant for nuts or dried fruits, but all three were completely empty. It looked like they had been used by previous guests and the resort simply forgot to replace them. We chose a room/villa with a kitchen because we were travelling with a young child and wanted to warm up food for our child. However, when we asked about using the kitchen, we were told that it could not be used unless we paid around VND 1.2 million per hour, which is about USD 50 per hour, just to turn on the stove. This was very unreasonable, especially for a room designed with a kitchen and priced at a premium level. The food at the resort was also not good compared with what we expected. The next day, after housekeeping cleaned the room, they even forgot to refill the drinking water. Overall, the staff were very slow in handling issues and did not seem genuinely supportive. What disappointed me the most was that when I told the resort I wanted to check out early and would forfeit the remaining 2 nights, they simply accepted it without showing any real concern, effort to understand the problem, or attempt to make things right. I do not think the issue is with individual staff members, as most of them were generally polite. The problem seems to come from the overall operating system, service standards, and customer-care culture of the resort. This was a very bad experience for my family. I personally would not recommend this resort. If you are planning to stay in Cam Ranh, I would suggest considering other resorts with better service standards. And if you are looking for a better beach and a more reliable luxury resort experience, Phu Quoc may be a much better choice.
What an absolute dream our 5-day stay at The Anam in Cam Ranh was! From the very first moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Every single member of staff, from reception to housekeeping and from the restaurant team to the gardeners, radiated warmth, care, and a natural friendliness that you rarely experience so consistently. Nothing was ever too much to ask, everything came with a smile, and the attention to detail was simply outstanding. You can truly feel that hospitality is part of who they are. Our stay was made even more special because our daughter was doing her international internship here, which gave this trip an extra emotional and meaningful layer for us. It was wonderful to experience the resort both as guests and through her connection to the place. The food was another major highlight. Every day we were spoiled with delicious, beautifully prepared meals. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all top-notch: fresh ingredients, refined flavors, and a perfect mix of Vietnamese specialties and international options. The quality and presentation were exceptional, and you could taste the love that went into every dish. One of the most unforgettable moments was the romantic dinner, unbelievably idyllic and full of atmosphere. Dining under the stars with soft lights, the sound of the ocean in the background, and flawless service felt almost unreal. The afternoon tea was equally special, a lovely indulgent moment in an elegant setting, with exquisite bites and tea, and once again that relaxed, heartfelt service that makes everything feel effortless and luxurious. We stayed in Villa 224, and it was pure perfection. The sea view from our villa was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that endless blue and the soothing sound of the waves felt like a privilege every single morning. And the luxury of having our own private pool made it even better. Being able to slip into the water whenever we wanted, in complete privacy, surrounded by calm and beauty, was the ultimate form of relaxation. The Anam is a place where everything comes together perfectly: the peaceful atmosphere, the sense of luxury, the stunning surroundings, and above all the people who make you feel so cared for. A must-visit for anyone who loves tranquility, pampering, and refined comfort. We are leaving with hearts full of beautiful memories and one clear thought: we can’t wait to come back. I want to give a special thanks to Kevin, Man, Emmy, Pinky, Alfred, Emily, Sang and Hina from the front office and to Tram and Thu from the restaurants and to all the other nice staff in the resort.
