Communication from the room is very fast — simply dial 0, and the reception answers immediately. All requests are handled efficiently and with sincere care. The slogan “Your comfort is our mission” fully matches the real experience. 🙏 Special thanks to the reception staff — Phạm Bảo Long and Võ Thị Anh Thư — for their professionalism, efficiency, and warm, friendly attitude. These qualities create a real sense of care and make the stay truly comfortable. ⸻ 📍 Location The hotel is located in the central resort area of Nha Trang, Lộc Thọ district, on Trần Phú street. At the same time, the building is set slightly back from the main road, which makes the stay quieter and more comfortable. Across the street is Trần Phú Beach, one of the best city beaches: wide, clean, with green areas, direct access to the South China Sea, and many cafés and restaurants along the promenade. 🌴 Palm trees, clean turquoise water, and in January the sea temperature is very comfortable for swimming. ⸻ 🧼 Cleanliness and order Daily housekeeping, trash removal, towel replacement, and regular linen changes — everything is clean and well maintained. ⸻ 🛏 Rooms, silence, and views I stayed from January 12 to January 21, 2026, in room 1603 with a sea and mountain view. The room was very quiet — no noise from neighbors or other rooms. I also stayed in room 2006 on the 20th floor, with two windows: • morning sunlight over the sea • and a beautiful sunset against the mountains in the evening On the 20th floor, where the pool is located, occasional elevator and guest movement sounds can be heard, but it is not critical. 🌬 In January, the room is comfortable without air conditioning. ☕ Tea and coffee are complimentary; water is paid (not an issue). 💧 Welcome drinks are available in the lobby. ⸻ 🛋 Common areas and amenities Spacious lobby, two lounge areas, two fast elevators, key card access, and separate beach towels. ⸻ 🏊 21st floor Rooftop pool with a bar and a small gym — a cozy space designed for relaxation and well-being. ⸻ 🍽 Restaurant The hotel has a restaurant, and breakfast can be included. I did not take breakfast for personal reasons. ⸻ 🚗 Airport transfer Airport transfer was well organized: the driver meets guests at the agreed meeting point with a name sign. Travel time — about 30 minutes, directly to the hotel. Cost — 250,000 VND. ⸻ 🏪 Nearby infrastructure Shops, cafés, pharmacies, and a gas station are all within walking distance. ⸻ 🔧 Small wishes (not drawbacks) • A small shelf in the shower for bathroom amenities • Hooks on the bathroom door for clothes or towels These additions would make the bathroom even more comfortable. ⸻ ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏 The hotel creates a feeling of calm, comfort, and care.
