Sea Soul Hotel

My wife and I spent two weeks on holiday. We loved the pool (special thanks to Mr. Trong Hieu). Breakfasts and lunches are on the ground floor. The rooms are clean, bright and spacious. It's close to the sea, the beach, cafes and shops. The area is very quiet, with no crowds on the street.

Absolute Nightmare - Worst Hygiene and Service I am beyond disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon check-in, I was greeted by curtains covered in mold. When I requested a room change, the staff initially refused, claiming the hotel was fully booked. However, as soon as I mentioned getting a refund and moving to another hotel, they suddenly "found" an available room next door. The new room was no better. The blankets had stains left by previous guests, and the overall cleanliness was so poor that my nose began to itch immediately. It felt like the sheets hadn't been changed at all. To make matters worse, our staff contact, provided very poor service and was unhelpful throughout this frustrating experience. We eventually chose to forfeit our payment for the night and moved to a different hotel just to escape the unsanitary conditions. Do not stay here. It is a complete waste of money. Use that budget to find a cleaner hotel or treat yourself to a nice meal elsewhere. This place is definitely not recommended.

Sea Soul Hotel is my top recommendation for anyone seeking a refined stay near Nha Trang. The accommodations were beautiful, and from the well appointed complimentary breakfast each morning to the elegant indoor pool and spa, every detail added to the sense of comfort and relaxation. What made the experience truly exceptional, however, was the warmth of the staff, who were gracious, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. During our visit, we were also celebrating our son’s third birthday, and the team surprised him with a thoughtful gift, a gesture that made our time there feel even more special. Thank you, Sea Soul Hotel, for such a memorable and delightful stay.

This was my first stay while travelling here and it was absolutely great! The rooms were clean and had an amazing view from the sunset and ocean. Waking up to the sun peeking through the curtains was amazing. While the location is decent, being beside the ocean was an extra bonus. Food was good, although they dont offer alot of variety, they show how good their menu is. I am currently at my second hotel and comparing the taste, sea soul hotel definitely won. They put effort, and care, into their food which makes it such good quality, and yummy. Their service is excellent aswell. After one plate, servers come and clean it up right away, allowing to get even more food if u please. They are helpful and polite! While i do admit—the live singer that comes—the music is super loud. At my stay, my room was on the highest floor, yet we could still clearly hear the music. It isnt bad, but super noisy. Just imagine what it would sound if you were hearing the live singer sing. Hurts my ears! Otherwise, the hotel is absolutely great to stay in, i recommend!
