А truly wonderful hotel—everything was absolutely impressive! The 40th-floor swimming pool offers a breathtaking view of both the city and the sea. With plenty of elevators available, you never waste time waiting. The 40th-floor restaurant also serves a delicious Tom Yum soup. The location is perfect: right outside the hotel, everything is within reach—shops, spa salons, the beach, and a shopping mall. Huge thanks to all the staff; my entire family was absolutely delighted with our stay.

Worst stay in Vietnam: non-existent service and total neglect We arrived with high expectations, but the experience was disastrous right from check-in. At the entrance, no one ever opened the door for us or offered help with our luggage—an attitude that remained consistent throughout our three-day stay. When we arrived at the reception at 1:50 PM, we were rigidly told to wait until 2:00 PM before proceeding, without the slightest ounce of flexibility. Only a single key was provided for two guests, which made coordinating our schedules a constant hassle. The room confirmed the poor quality of the property: Non-existent cleanliness: Obvious dust bunnies on both the floor and the nightstand. An empty pizza box left next to the trash bin stayed there for the entire stay without anyone ever taking it out. Poorly designed and dirty bathroom: The bathtub/shower combination inevitably floods the entire floor every time it is used. Over three days, we were provided with only a single roll of toilet paper (we had to ask for more to avoid having to use tissues). The provided shower gel was old, clumpy, and practically solidified; I intentionally left it open in the sink, and not a single staff member bothered to replace or remove it for three days. Fortunately, we had brought our own toiletries. View and comfort: The window faced a concrete wall and other windows less than 10 feet (3 meters) away, offering a direct view of nothing but the neighbors' hanging laundry. The Wi-Fi was painfully slow and practically unusable. Staff attitude: The staff was unwelcoming, with never a smile or the slightest willingness to help. Even at breakfast, the waitstaff looked visibly annoyed just doing their jobs or asking to clear the plates. A hotel with zero interest in customer care or basic hygiene standards. Stay far away.
I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has a 9.4 rating. Receptionist should get some retraining. The problems started the moment we arrived. There was no doorman or bellman to help with our luggage, so we carried everything ourselves. At check-in, I asked if there was a bellman available and the receptionist simply stared at me without answering. I also had to remind the staff to tell me whether breakfast was included and if complimentary Wi-Fi was available. I still don’t know if the hotel has a private beach area because no one mentioned it. The room itself is also disappointing. The towels feel old and worn out, and the lighting is so dim that the room feels dark even with the lights on. These are not details I would expect from a hotel claiming to be 5 stars. I hope the rest of my stay improves, but first impressions matter. I’m still confused if there’s a pool or what other amenities are at this hotel and it wasn’t like I checked in at a super busy time. It was 7pm so legit they had nothing else to do but give us a quick run down of the accommodation.
Positives of this hotel. • location. Great walking the streets for shopping, massages and restaurants. • Rooftop bar and restaurant area is stunning. Probably one of the best views in Nha Trang of the city. • rooms big and clean enough but more your 3.5/4 star level. Negatives • breakfast is very busy and feels more about quantity rather than quality. • lifts always full. Maybe just a busy period but we stayed here April and Tuesday was hectic. • WiFi was slow. • no privacy on balcony where others can see you. Also no seats. • they will only provide you one room card which is very annoying if you have a family wanting to do different things. If you love the central city life and want a good 3.5/4 star option then I would chose this hotel.
Amazing hotel in the middle of nha trang, the beds are so comfy and the rooms are brilliantly clean. There is a stunning pool at the top of the hotel which has a fitness gym, spa and a bar to order drinks/food from. It's open in the evening too for drinks while looking out at the city lights. The staff are very kind and attentive and clean the rooms daily.
