I am writing this review at 2 AM from the 27th floor of the hotel because I cannot sleep due to the noise pollution caused by the locals, combined with a 5-star hotel that completely lacks proper soundproofing standards. The locals ride their motorbikes in swarms, honking incessantly all over the street and shouting wildly. I never thought this country would feel so chaotic and disappointing. It feels like massive, unruly crowds with nothing better to do than disrupt other people's lives, and no authorities bother to do anything about it. I am sitting on the bed of a 5-star hotel by local standards, which feels equivalent to 2 stars internationally. The bed has sunken in yet hasn't been replaced, and the mattress pad isn't thick enough, giving even young people backaches—truly impressive. Furthermore, the windows don't block any noise at all; you can hear even tiny sounds echoing up from the street, constantly disrupting sleep. The jacuzzi jets spew black sediment and white flakes from the air vents. On top of that, the sofa looks old and dirty. The hotel's common facilities, like the swimming pool, are extremely small, seemingly existing just to pass the bare minimum criteria for a 5-star rating. The guests staying here seem quite low-quality—mostly rude tourists and low-budget travelers who can only afford to travel here. I'd say the hotel staff are the only thing making this place feel like a 5-star hotel. But if given a choice, I would rather stay somewhere else in another country where people have a higher level of common sense and civic mindfulness. If you have the choice and the budget, other countries are far better and won't ruin your mental health

I had a wonderful stay at Havana Nha Trang Hotel! The ocean view and comfortable rooms were great, but ordering room service was definitely one of the best choices. We ordered the beef burger and spaghetti through room service, and both were absolutely delicious! The portions were generous, the food arrived hot and fresh, and the presentation was top-notch. The burger was juicy and flavorful, and the spaghetti was perfectly cooked with a rich sauce. If you’re staying at Havana Hotel, I highly recommend trying their room service for a cozy and satisfying meal right in your room!
Room was spacious and very clean, location is right on the main street with sea view, very comfortable for tourists to hang out. Prices are reasonable and the staff were very helpful. Swimming facilities and the rooftop bar were amazing ❤️❤️
Stayed here from 4/6 to 7/6. Overall experience is good but some faults. Gym is absolutely a joke, ancient old rusty machines. The swimming pool is amazing, The breakfast is kind of a mis match. Nothing special but the taste is good. Limited choice. The lobby area is always boiling, super hot. The staff are good. I have been to many 5 star hotels, As a frequent traveller I know what's 5 stars. At best the hotel is a 4 star. The AC is a problem in elevators and rooms, rooms have old style feel. If you want to have an overall good experience then this hotel is ok but remember it's 4 star.
Overall takeaway: This is not a 5‑star experience. While the location is convenient, several issues made the stay uncomfortable and far below expectations. Positives Very close to the city and amenities — easy access to shops, transport, and attractions Negatives Elevators overcrowded — long waiting times going both up and down, especially during peak hours. Casino experience disappointing — required exchanging money into USD before playing, which felt unnecessary and off‑putting, so we left. Nothing exciting there. Hotel‑organised tour was poor — overcrowded, and the tour guide didn’t look after the group. Room noise issues — staying on Level 12 meant extremely loud music from across the street every night. With no double‑glazed windows, sleeping was very difficult. Faulty room fans — they turned on by themselves. Reported to reception, they have fixed on the same day, but the issue continued until we left, we din't bother anymore to tell them. Unsafe pool/sauna area — floors on Level 5 were constantly wet with no warning signs. Very slippery and dangerous; I almost fell. Breakfast chaos — overcrowded, people pushing through, and overall rude behaviour from other guests. Final Thoughts The location is the only real advantage. Everything else — from noise and safety concerns to poor service and overcrowding — makes it hard to recommend this hotel as a 5‑star property. Also, forgot to mention, in the hotel restaurant they always gave me menu in Russian language, before asking me. English menu will much more appreciated. With some major improvements, it could offer a much better experience, but for now, it falls short. Disappointed stay, won't be returning back.
