Although my interactions with the staff were brief, everyone was so smiling and kind that I felt completely at ease! The staff member I chatted with in the elevator (I think his name was Pho?) even spoke to me in Japanese. They were incredibly friendly and left a wonderful impression. The hotel is right in the center of town, making it super convenient to go anywhere. Just a heads-up that a nearby place plays live music at night, so it stays a bit noisy until around 11 PM. Most of the other guests seemed to be Russian and Korean, and I barely saw any other Japanese travelers. Breakfast had a ton of options, so you definitely won't get bored. The room was always kept neat and tidy—though if you look really closely, the detailed cleaning could be a tiny bit better, but it really didn't bother me at all. Overall, it was a great stay!

This hotell was a disappointing and in my opinion not up to the standard of their own marketing and not all the awards they have been given. The hotel is fine, but not to any measure anything near a 5 star hotel. Sadly ! Lobby area is great. Wonderful style and sticks out in this city. The room, we had a suite, is superb decorated and the placing of all things is great. Internet not working in the room - that is irritating. We asked for a fix and the dialogue continues for days - they fixed it at night the last day. And when staff told me that this is a problem in this room masthead knew it - well that is a different matter. Breakfast is served in the 4th level, with all you desire. A wonderful venue for breakfast. To hold a level of 5 star - the staff need to step up coffee serving at the table, we did. It find this to be the case here and it was not busy. As a compensation for the WiFi - we were offered a meal in the restaurant. 25 minutes for the wine, a bowl of water served first (!), and then salad - it was ok. The steaks were not - small, not cooked as ordered, and of low quality. Our worst meal for the vacation- and we paid for the late incoming wine that I had to open myself. As of all Vietnam - English is very hard, you have to repeat everything many times, and the staff need to get someone….. A lot of misunderstanding for only 4 days. The beach they offer is great, easy to find and in short distance. The area at the 24th is great for a morning of evening swim, but no ambience in the bar area. And no towels when I was there. Just a guy cleaning the pool at 07;45. This part of the hotell need som maintenance - it seems untidy. A bit disappointing that the Indochine Restaurant was closed and the same with the shuttle bus. It it closed - why the commercials and the poster? The bar at the 1 floor - almost always unattended - and again, if we need two glasses 🥂 of wine - that’s what we expect, not a bottle of champagne and cake. All in good faith, but again - it is very hard to communicate with any of the staff, they seem to not understand basic English. I think som of the reviews we read is quite overrated - to be a 5 star the service has to be increased. There is little resemblance to any 5 star hotel here - on a good day maybe 4. Just checking out was hard, as the machine did not work, and ofcourse they said neither of my cards were working…. Suddenly that was bottle case. The reception desk was and is a mess with papers and passports.
The staff were very kind and friendly, and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was very convenient. We were very satisfied with our stay. During our stay, there was a festival, so it was quite noisy until late at night, but it became a great memory of our trip.
Beautiful hotel, perfect location and friendly, helpful staff. It’s not right in the seafront but with being a row back you still get the gorgeous view from the ocean view room and it’s a short wander across the road down the alley to the beach. They also have a beach courtesy van if you find the heat and crossing the road overwhelming. Definitely a place worth booking.
One of the better hotels in Nha Trang. Awesome location. Excellent service where everyone greets you with a smile. Breakfast excellent. Dinning options great. Cooking class fun. Pool area nice, maybe limited sun loungers but we did catch a busy period. Rooms a bit dated and more that traditional feel. Definitely choose Ocean View Deluxe. Suites a nice but more if you want no view and more peace. Best are definitely club rooms which gives access to executive lounge. Royal suite includes exe room access and is beautiful. Really enjoyed this hotel and one to definitely consider.
