We have stayed at the Poseidon hotel for the last two years. It is our favourite hotel. they have a large balcony with tables and chairs spacious room with separate toilet and shower. Its staff are extremely friendly.

I'd like to say I liked the hotel, but unfortunately, there were some issues that lowered the rating, and perhaps, if things continue as they are, I won't be returning. This review is purely my opinion. I'll start with the pros: - The reception staff was polite and willing to help with any questions (that's why I gave it 2 stars; otherwise, it would have been 1). - The breakfasts at the hotel are good and definitely worth including in your trip. That's all the pros, let's go over the cons: - During our 6 days at the hotel, our room wasn't cleaned even once. It just so happened that we were working during the day and were inside the room, and the cleaning staff only arrived around 2:00 PM. We were on the 16th floor, and I understand that's when they were available. It's okay if they didn't clean it, but they could have changed the towels. Ultimately, we didn't even get a chance to ask until we asked. - There's a time limit on the gym. The gym may be small, but it has everything you need. However, when they approached me at exactly 6:00 PM and told me they were closing, I was extremely surprised. When I asked for 15 minutes to finish, they refused. I understand the hotel's rules, but closing the pool, lounge area, and gym at 6:00 PM is way too early. So, if you want to relax or work out on the 18th floor, be sure to arrive only in the morning (in my opinion, that's a drawback). The hotel itself is fine, the location is definitely better than the beachfront (in my opinion), the staff is polite and always ready to help, the rooms are comfortable, the price-quality ratio is justified. Fix the two negatives above and it would be a full 5-star hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Thể location and service deserves 5 stars. We had some issues but they were promptly resolved by management and staff. Thể toilet and shower is separated which makes the toilet a bit cramped. It’s hard to get in and out. It has a nice balcony but with views of the next door building being constructed. Số that was disappointing. Breakfast was ok with a variety of food options.. It’s enough to get your day started. Thể location is perfect. Within walking distance to the beach, night market, Vincom Mall and restaurants. Nightlife around here is quite vibrant. We stayed in the standard room số we got what we paid for. I guess if you want more luxury then choose one of their better rooms.
