Reviews
Terrible Services that at first don't allow people to have another card. One used for electricity and one for opening door. The receptionist was said ok for me to put the card in the room to keep electricity on because weather was so hot then they will helped open the door when I'm back to hotel, then another receptionist at another shift said that they didn't talk like that. I don't know why they have to be liars and was so poor service when obviously today is super hot day in Nha Trang and roon with 2 persons should be flexible for 2 cards.
The old scam with the missing towel.
Overall, the hotel is fine, but upon checkout, the management tried to accuse us of stealing towels.
Bad experience.
I stayed in room 406 for two nights, on June 25 and 26. The hotel’s soundproofing is extremely poor, even footsteps in the hallway can be clearly heard inside the room.
To the Russian guests in room 408: please learn some basic courtesy and respect for others. You came back from drinking and were laughing and talking loudly in the middle of the night.
My friend and I, staying in room 407, were barely able to sleep during those two nights because of the noise. Therefore, I am leaving a 1-star review and hope the hotel will seriously reconsider and improve this issue.
Incompetent staff. Booked a non refundable night. They said they couldn’t charge my card at check in. First complaint about the wifi not allowing to use the pos terminal, then Accused my card of not having any money on it. Explain to me how I validate on booking.com and if I don’t show up they would charge me for the night . Yet won’t charge my card if I stay. Extremely rude. How do they operate a hotel like this?
I stayed for 1 night at room 802. Room is big but aged. Bed is comfortable and there is a bath tub. Reception staff is friendly and helped me with bus station direction. Breakfast has nothing to shout about. Only complaint is the bad soundproofing. Next door room 801 neighbour came back at 2.30am and I was awaken by their talking. It is so noisy that I cant sleep, I had to knock on their door and ask them quiet down.
