Navada Beach Hotel

Special thanks to Mai and Mr Khanh at the reception desk for very good service and their help. Good location of Navada Hotel offers you lots of places around to go out after a day at the beach. The beach is good and not very crowded, the breakfasts at the hotel are good and diverse. They serve European and Asian cuisine. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Ours was a sea view, so we are lucky to have beautiful sunsets and sunrises just out of the window. Very good hotel, excellent service. Strongly recommend this hotel for your holiday.

We booked this hotel because it was one of the top-listed hotels on Trip.com in Nha Trang, so unfortunately we were quite disappointed. The staff themselves were very kind, friendly and welcoming. However, the overall maintenance and management of the hotel seem questionable. The towels in our room were old, slightly ripped and had visible stains on them. We went to reception and were kindly given replacement towels, but unfortunately, the new ones were in pretty much the same condition. This hotel desperately needs to invest in new towels — especially for a 4-star hotel, this really shouldn’t be an issue. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom felt quite worn down. The shower curtain had visible mold on it and some strange residue/stains stuck to it, which made the shower area feel unhygienic. On our first night, the fire alarm also went off three separate times late at night. We were never informed what caused it or whether there was any actual danger, which was both disruptive and a little concerning. On the positive side, the hotel is very affordable, the staff were lovely and we also enjoyed the breakfast. For the price, there are definitely some good aspects, but the condition of the towels and bathroom really brought down the overall experience. With better maintenance and some basic replacements, the hotel could be much better.

Navada Hotel was an excellent find and offered fantastic value for money. From our room on the 16th floor, we had a stunning view of the beach and the crystal-clear blue waters of Nha Trang. Waking up to that view every morning was easily one of the highlights of our stay. The room itself was clean, spacious and far exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. Everything was well-maintained, comfortable and perfect for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out was the service. After we checked out, the staff kindly looked after our luggage until 7 PM as we had a late flight to Da Nang, which made our last day much more convenient. They also helped arrange scooter rentals at reasonable prices, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a great budget-friendly hotel with beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and genuinely helpful staff. I would happily stay here again.

I stayed at Nevada Beach Hotel for 11 days and had a fantastic experience overall. The location is great — just across the street from the beach, making it super easy to walk over anytime. They also provide beach towels at the front desk, which is a nice touch if you want to go for a swim. The daily breakfast buffet was excellent. The food was fresh, delicious, and had a great variety — something I looked forward to every morning. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the rooftop pool overlooking the ocean is beautiful — definitely a highlight of the stay. What really made the experience stand out was the staff. The manager, Khanh, was outstanding. Hoc, who works at the front desk and also assists guests (bell service), was incredibly welcoming and helpful — he greeted me when I arrived and again when I checked out, which made the stay feel very personal. I also had an issue with slow Wi-Fi in my room initially, but after mentioning it to the front desk, they fixed it the same day while I was out, and it worked perfectly after that. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nha Trang.
