It was a fine stay, even though my room got no shampoo or bathing utility at first but they brought some later. The view was good but the lighting wasn’t good, too dark for me. I still recommend it for people to try out but also there are lots of other options around as well.
Don't let the "luxury" label fool you - this famous Vietnamese chain is known for low quality. The hotel is massive but entirely soulless and lacking in detail. Save your money and avoid this place.
It was ok. staff very friendly and helpful. Our first room had a nasty odour but we were upgraded very quickly. It is also not close to the centre but a nice walk along the beach.
Just checked in and the staff were very hospitable and the location is a short ~150 meters from the main strip and the beginning of the beach. Penthouse suite was very nice but the elevators take 60 seconds to go to the top.
The main advantage is the view — honestly one of the best. You fall asleep and wake up with this city view, and it really makes a difference. The room is cleaned every day, big thanks to the people who cleaned our room — much respect for your work. The staff works in a coordinated way and responds quickly when needed. There are many cafes around with a wide variety of refreshing and healthy drinks, and a shop nearby where you can buy fruits and other products. There is both private parking and parking near the building. If you walk along the coast for about 20 minutes, you can reach the main nightlife area. My advice — rent a bike, it makes everything much easier. I would also recommend adding washing machines — it would help guests save on laundry and spend more on exploring your beautiful country.
