Had a wonderful stay here. The hotel staff took really good care of us and the breakfast buffet that was included was really tasty. We were right across from the beach and our room had a beautiful view of the whole beach. My advice is to definitely wake up early around 4:30am to watch the sunrise, it is beautiful. Check in and check out times are also better than most hotels I have stayed at.
I stayed at Mercure Nha Trang Beach for 2 nights and had a great experience overall. The hotel is very nice, the staff provided excellent service, and the room was clean with a beautiful view. There was some noise at times because the hotel is located next to the main road, but it was not a big issue for me. What I really liked about this hotel was its beachfront location, making it very convenient for traveling around and finding food nearby. The hotel also offers breakfast, and the swimming pool was clean and enjoyable. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nha Trang.
Stunning views and excellent service!!! I had a wonderful stay here. The room was bright, modern, and perfectly clean, with a breathtaking ocean view. The location is central and very convenient for exploring the city. The staff truly stood out—they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. While the breakfast selection is limited, the quality of the food is excellent. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Our room was a sanctuary of calm—immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed. We booked to celebrate my birthday and staff did not let us down. They decorated the room with birthday wishes and there was a cake to celebrate too! Every detail at Mercure Nha Trang has been curated for comfort and elegance. What made this truly special was the staff. First of all everyone speaks English. Huge bonus. Everyone is extra polite. Reception, housekeeping, breakfast staff all enthusiastic and always smiling. We were very impressed with breakfast as chef himself goes out to check on food if all is ok and up to the standard. Room was fantastic, most comfortable bed, fantastic view through the window, spacious and super clean. A huge thank you to the team for the impeccable service; they truly went above and beyond to ensure my birthday was unforgettable." We left feeling completely refreshed and can’t wait to return!"
Great hotel and professional staff. My family and I had a wonderful trip in Nha Trang at the Mercure hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which is my first priority. The location is great, with a front view of the beach. I could just chill in my room and enjoy the sunrise till sunset. But what impressed me was the warm welcome from the staff and especially the front office supervisor, Khoa. He is outstanding in supporting guests, my request was out of his job scope, related to my personal currency issue, but surprisingly he still took out his personal time to help me. He represents the people of Nha Trang, who are kind and full of enthusiasm. We look forward to coming back again and appreciate all the support so we can enjoy our vacation.
