I’ve stayed in many places, but the level of care I experienced here is honestly on another level. The entire team is incredibly welcoming, but what really blew me away was their proactive attitude. You don’t just feel like another guest, you feel genuinely looked after. Since I work remotely, I was a bit worried about setting up a proper workflow. I mentioned this to the Hotel Manager, and she was amazing - she personally stepped in to help me organize a comfortable workspace. On top of that, they were kind enough to accommodate my request for a room with an ocean view, and waking up to that scenery every morning was just stunning. It made a world of difference for both my productivity and my mood. Throughout my stay, the staff stayed attentive and friendly, always ready to jump in and help with any little thing that came up. It’s clear they actually care about solving problems, not just nodding along. If you’re looking for a place where people go the extra mile to make your life easier, this is it. We’ll definitely be back!

We booked this place which advertised with buffet breakfast. When we came to check in, the guy at the reception said "due to low number of guests, they're only making 1 dish per person". My wife told him, in that case, they should give us a discount then we'll stay. He called the owner, then said, they'll make some eggs and salad too. Don't pay until you see the room because they'll trap you into staying. He asked us to pay before we even unload our baggage after 3 hours riding on motorcycle in the rain. My wife said we'll pay when we come back down, he said he'll keep our passports until we pay, which by law, they're not allowed to keep guests' documents. After he said there's no buffet breakfast. I told him, that's false advertising. We left to find another place.

The facilities in the room were too old, the electrical appliances worked sometimes and sometimes didn't. The Swimming pool was too dirty , the water was not clean. The price for renting motorbikes at the hotel was more expensive than outside and at that time there weren't enough motorbikes, so we rented outside. Then we had a problem with the motorbike owner, asked the hotel to help us see the camera outside, but the receptionist said: no, the incident had nothing to do with them. The attitude towards guests staying at the hotel was extremely bad.

4 star hotel but 3 fell off. Not the Australian Meriton but a hotel falling apart. Floor pulling up in the room, bathroom flooded everytime I showered, pool dirty. Staff are rude and don't speak a word of English. Very very noisy, soundproofing not a thing with this place. Room not made up, no shower gel, toilet paper not replaced. Checked into another 3 star hotel down the road so much better. Terrible breakfast. Absolute rip off. Not what the photos show. Fake photos
