The hotel itself is great, and the staff are good. The outdoor pool is nice. The location is excellent—close to the beach and with everything you need nearby. The sea view from the window is spoiled by construction work, though it looks amazing at night. I’m giving a rating of 4 only because of the restaurant, which tried to rip me off twice; the restaurant staff were also inattentive. Check your bill carefully there. If I could rate the restaurant separately, I’d give it a 3. The food is tasty, but they tried to cheat me and wouldn't admit fault. Be careful when ordering wine: if they offer a "buy one, get one free" deal, it’s a scam.

Our family spent the National Holiday 2/9/2026 here. Set against a stunning beachfront backdrop with nice interior decoration, this place is a visual treat. The culinary spread is extensive and offers something for everyone. We particularly enjoyed the comforting local flavors, with the bánh mì and phở Thìn standing out as true favorites. Quite busy if you come up during national holiday. Don’t forget to claim your stay with breakfast or non-breakfast as the price is different, and be ready for significant child surcharge for kids above 12. I had to pay 1.5mil vnd/day for my 12.5 year-old daughter. Anyway, the room is good, the food is delicious and the location is fantastic, making it a memorable spot despite the holiday rush.

We booked 3n 2-bedroom suite, with 2 bathrooms. The room was huge, enough for 3-4 pax. However there is a no dressing table and luggage rack. The deco/ furnitures were a bit dated. Cleanliness was average only. Towels provided has some stains on it and the subsequent towel change was even worse and the size of the towel gets smaller. Basic toiletries provided. Hotel lobby always crowded. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Good variety of breakfast buffet with local food, amercian-style pasteries and korean food. Immediate amenities includes eateries, coffee shops, souvenirs shop, massage parlours and a small shopping mall. It is also a short walk to the beach! Overall, still a pleasant stay if you are not particular with deco/ furnitures and you are not a cleanliness freak.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience my family had at this supposed 5-star hotel and restaurant. A venue of this caliber should have the staff, resources, and organization to provide timely and professional service, but that was far from what we experienced. We waited over **three hours** for our food to arrive, only to be told we needed to wait even longer because apparently a fish dish takes more than 30 minutes to cook. After such an unreasonable delay, the fish was finally served and was still **raw**, with visible blood inside. Serving undercooked fish after making guests wait for hours is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food quality and kitchen standards. To make matters worse, we were charged for **five Coca-Colas** despite only ordering and consuming **three**. Being billed for items we neither requested nor received is frustrating and unprofessional. The most disappointing incident involved a family member who wanted a single shot of whiskey. We were initially told the restaurant had none available, despite bottles being clearly visible nearby. After questioning this, staff suddenly claimed they did have whiskey after all, but insisted we would have to purchase an entire bottle. This directly contradicted the menu, which clearly stated that individual shots were available for purchase. We came here expecting a relaxing meal and quality service, not endless delays, incorrect charges, conflicting information, and poorly prepared food. It felt as though the restaurant was prioritizing the buffet service over seated guests, leaving paying customers ignored for hours. For a business that advertises itself as a 5-star establishment, this level of service is unacceptable. Long waits, raw food, inaccurate billing, and misleading information do not reflect the standards that guests should expect. Unfortunately, this was a deeply disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this restaurant based on the service we received.
