I can't say much good about the hotel. For starters, unless you're staying on the 25th floor, be prepared for your window to face a wall. That makes sense given the surrounding buildings, but it’s not exactly pleasant. Also, the rooms were never properly cleaned: they just made the bed (without changing the linens—in 10 days, they only changed them once, and that was after we personally asked). They didn't wash the bathroom floor, either—they just swept it. I’m not sure this meets 4-star standards. However, the breakfasts are good, and the staff is polite; we didn't experience any communication issues. The hotel’s location is excellent—that is definitely its strong suit. But that’s about it.
A decent stay in a convenient location. The breakfast was good… they require a deposit ($100 or your passport) in order to issue a room key but whatever 🤷♂️ they’re not the only hotel in Vietnam which does that but either way it’s just a strange practice
The location is good, and the staff was friendly.
Unfortunately, we didn't have a good view, as our room was facing the neighboring building.
Nevertheless, the price-to-quality ratio is very good.
Please note that the hotel keeps your passport as a deposit until check-out.
Today, May 23rd at 18:00, I was at this hotel and encountered a problem.
The staff was unfriendly and refused to assist me.
I have never experienced such total indifference.
To make matters worse, they understand absolutely no English and were openly mocking me.
We stayed 40 days at the apartments part of this establishment and absolutely loved our stay.
The hallway, and all areas are kept very clean. The gym is well equipped and clean, as an apartment guest you have to pay to use gym but it was well worth it.
The location of the place is absolutely amazing, it’s as centrally located in Nha Trang as you can get.
There is a buffet every morning for 199k/adult and it was good too. The lifts were fast, never had to wait more than a minute.
From the little interactions we had with staff they were professional and friendly.
The apartment rooms had amazing insulation, and were super big.
