The worst hotel I have ever seen in Nha Trang. The room was small hot like hell, AC does not work, bed is dirty with lot of stains. Toilet stinks! No proper parking place! Hotel is small and inside corner. I canceled the room! Staff is not helpful! Never ever come back!
Further from the market that we wanted to go to, but it was close to an express laundromat, and food places. The only reason I gave 4 star is just the breakfast. I wish there's more varieties. But apart from that, if you're looking for a good value hotel and is walking distance to a lot of places, Lucky Sun Hotel is good for you. The receptionists are nice and very helpful and speak English well.
Great location near the beach with many shops and restaurants around, and fresh fruit sold everywhere. The rooms are nice and clean, though a bit noisy. Very affordable and luggage storage is available. Staff is friendly.
The pool is very small, cold, and a bit outdated. There is no pool bar. The spa massage in the hotel was very good and inexpensive.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was terrible – poorly presented, strange selection, low quality, and artificial taste. My husband even got an upset stomach from it. We skipped it after the first time. The breakfast photos on Booking do not reflect reality.
Conclusion: If you skip breakfast and get a good deal, it can still be worth considering.
Pretty lovely hotel for a reasonable price. Less than 60 seconds to the beach, and the facilities are excellent. Wasn't quite 5 star clean, but for the price it was well above expectations.
This hotel is a fantastic option for a budget-friendly trip to Nha Trang. It's in a great location and provides all the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was also excellent.
While our overall experience was positive, a few service and maintenance issues were noted that could be improved upon. We found the reception and restaurant service to be a bit unresponsive. We had to ask three times for slippers, and the waiter at the buffet seemed to ignore our questions.
In our room, the shower gel was not refilled during our three-night stay, and the bedside lamp was broken. We also noticed that coffee wasn't replenished by housekeeping. Another small issue was the slow drainage in the bathroom sink, which took a long time to drain after use.
That said, the shower itself worked wonderfully, with a precise hot and cold system. The toilet was also surprisingly efficient. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its value and location
