The staff at check-in did not clearly explain the hotel information such as breakfast, minibar, or other facilities. I had already informed them to keep my car key, but they still called me to come downstairs and move the car, which was quite inconvenient. The room itself was okay, but the soundproofing was poor. It was quite noisy at night and caused me to lose sleep. Also, there was a wooden bed frame or something similar placed outside my room door. I’m not exactly sure what it was, but I don’t think that was an appropriate place to leave it. Other than that, all of the staff were very friendly.

When enter the room the TV is switched on automatically. There is no option to switch off with the remote control, also is not accessible any buttom to switch off. We needed to call reception at 01:30 in the morning because we couldn't sleep with the light of the TV on. They needed to dismantle the TV from the wall to switch of it via back button. Hotel has a parking for motorbike and small swimming pool on the rooftop.
The location is excellent, and it is very close to any famous spots. The staff are also very friendly, and I feel very safe knowing that the toilet hoses are connected to filters! 100% willing to visit again!!
The hotel is very clean and well organised. Staffs are very helpful and professional. Breakfast buffet is diverse and the seasoning is just right. It’s 15 min walk to the beach, surrounded by a lot of restaurants and shops. I had a great time there. I have to mentioned that their staffs are wonderful. Thank you so much for good service!
💔 Lack of kindness and humanity in a difficult situation A huge disappointment, not because of the room itself, but because of a blatant lack of kindness and human understanding 😔, a far cry from the welcoming and respectful attitude one usually associates with Asian standards. ✈️ Following a missed flight, a stressful situation completely beyond my control, I simply asked to postpone my arrival by one day. I wasn't asking for a cancellation, a refund, or any special treatment, just a little humanity. 🏨 Despite the fact that rooms were still available, no reasonable solution was considered. Even worse, I was told that the type of room I had booked was no longer available, even though it still appeared as such. 🤝 I even offered to accept a lower category room, without requesting any refund for the difference, in a spirit of compromise and mutual respect. This offer was also refused. 💰 The only option offered was to pay an additional 700,000 VND per night for a premium suite, which gave the impression that financial considerations took precedence over any human element, at a time that was already difficult for a traveler. 🌍 Travel sometimes involves unexpected events. In these moments, one expects a hotel to listen, to be kind, and to use common sense. Here, I was met with a cold, strictly administrative, and dehumanizing response, devoid of any empathy for the situation I was experiencing. ✨ This is deeply regrettable, because a simple gesture, a little flexibility, would have been enough to transform a bad day into a decent experience. Instead, I discovered a rigid and opaque establishment, where human well-being clearly takes a backseat to internal rules and profit. ➡️ I therefore chose not to stay at this hotel. --------------------------------------- 🔎 Essential Clarification Following the Hotel's Response The hotel's response is well-presented, but it contains serious contradictions that are important to point out to future travelers. ❌ “No Availability” ➡️ The hotel claims that there were no more rooms available, except for one premium suite. 👉 However, after their response, rooms were still listed as available, including rooms in a lower category than the one I had booked (screenshots available). ❌ Pressure Related to Google Review ➡️ Despite stating that no solution was possible, the hotel then asked me to remove my Google review in exchange for the possibility of staying in a room. 👉 This directly contradicts their claim of no availability. ❌ Attempt to circumvent the booking site ➡️ The establishment refused to make any official changes through the booking site, the only valid booking platform. 👉 They attempted to manage the situation outside the official channels, without written confirmation or any visible trace on the booking site's dashboard. 📸 Evidence available The exchanges and screenshots clearly demonstrate these inconsistencies. Everyone can judge for themselves the seriousness and honesty of this approach. 📌 In summary • On the one hand, the hotel claims that no rooms are available. • On the other hand, it makes a solution contingent on the removal of a review. • No official confirmation via the booking site. 👉 This raises a serious issue of transparency and business ethics. Looking at other reviews, this type of behavior unfortunately does not appear to be isolated. Travelers who value honesty, transparency, and a modicum of goodwill will be able to draw their own conclusions.
